From my experience the hospitality was more than excellent. With an old french colonial style, you feel a slight transport back in time with the educate and majestic of the early french era. The staff was most pleasant in informing me of sights or places about the city. The location of the hotel was so close to the shopping area...

One of the main attractions of the exceptional deal we received from Abercrombie & Kent on a 5-day Angkor Wat experience recently was the opportunity to stay in another Raffles hotel after a wonderful overnight at the original last year. This stately French colonial edifice is not as grand as its Singaporean big sister, but it exudes the same elegance,...

The light cut few times at night, internet slow and some rooms smell from a new paint. I hope it will be improved after that. I think everything is great including breakfast and hospitality. Thanks, Enjoy!

We stayed for two nights last week--three rooms for our family of five. One of our adjoining rooms had no power. While they attempted on three separate occasions to resolve the problem, it took some muscle on my part to get the staff to understand that we needed to move to a room with electricity. I'm usually not picky, but...
