This hotel is located on the main road into Siem Reap, however, don't be fooled into thinking it sounds exactly as it is written... The hotel doesn't have any signage on it, bar a small inscription on the front wall in hieroglyphics which 99.9% of people would have no idea what it reads...You would never assume as you stood outside...

This hotel is an oasis. The hotel is small and personal touches make for a special feeling. The one restaurant and bar area is an open area to eat and drink at times to suit you, no formal times and although you could help yourself to cake (always available) or drinks you never needed to as there was always someone...

Another amazing Aman property. Unrivalled service, best location, privileged access to Angkor Wat, If you love Aman already, you already know what to expect. Is it worth the premium? Yes, if you already have caught the Aman bug. Tough to accept anything less once you have experienced the quiet, unmatched luxury of an Aman stay.

Beautiful design and service in the Aman minimalist style. Historic resort with authentic mid-century modern architecture; a unique combination. Rooms were elegantly appointed with all the amenities you could hope for. Breakfast and dinner were uniformly excellent. Service was a bit too attentive. And the dining room is a bit daunting (very quiet and reserved - really noticed it when...

From the moment you enter through the discreet entrance - you are instantly transported away from the dust, hustle and bustle and noise of Siem Reap and into another world. This a 1960s modern property - refined and simple in its style - everything works like clockwork, service is exemplary- nothing is too much trouble. There is a good connection...

From start to finish, this place personifies hospitality. Wow! It's not just the amazing staff and service. It's their ability to anticipate what you want and making it happen before you realize you want it. And that is the staff. Wow! They are remarkable. You want magic in a holiday - this is the place to go!

Although the hotel is located in the middle of the city on the road to Angkor Wat it’s secluded and quiet. We stayed some days more as most guest. Nevertheless, we found each day inspiring and even after some days looked forward to the next temple of the ancient Khmer Empire. This due to a huge variety of temples near...

This was my second visit to Siem Reap and my first at an Aman property. I do hope the other Ajman's are as good. Amansara sets a very high bar in the hospitality business. There is excellent attention to detail at every corner; the staff are incredibly accommodating and anticipate your every need. I was here with my octogenarian mother...

We arrived in the pouring rain and were retained at the gate. Thank goodness our rickshaw driver had an umbrella because no one at the hotel greeted us. We were both lead in the down pour with a single umbrella including the hostess..... one of us got wet. Dinner was very nice. Basically it cost 1 full monthly salary for...

My review is a little late but I will never forget my stay at this Magical Resort. From the moment we were picked up in the vintage black Mercedes till the time we left I can only say it was perfect. We were told to get up at 4am one morning to visit Angkor and I'm so glad we did...
