Stayed in family suite for 7 nights, nice and big, ground floor is set with twin bed, living area, big sofa, pantry, fridge and toilet/bath at the back. Loft is set with 1 double bed and toilet/bath - no door. We stayed in room H4, the toilet door at ground floor is broken and not much hot water for shower,...

I could give this hotel anywhere from 3-5 stars really. 5 stars based on location and that It is a beautiful little oasis set back from the street. The grounds are stunning and the hotel staff is extremely helpful and kind. They sent a driver to pick us up and he was prompt and friendly. Spoke great English and was...

Dear Amy, Thank you for the review, we are very grateful for detailed feedbacks. As for the lunch, the typical cambodian Papaya salad is slightly different from the vietnamese one; the sauce is directly put in during the cooking while in Vietnam they make is apart. Perhaps that's why you thought it's drowned in sauce? For the fresh spring rolls,...

The Mulberry hotel was beautiful but there is definitely room for improvement. First the service was great and all the staff were super smiley and helpful, we only stayed two night but they upgraded us and left an amenity of fresh mango and lemonade which was a really nice surprise. We hit Ankor Wat in the morning and then spent...

What a fabulous boutique hotel, we are a family of 4 travelling and their family suites were large and well appointed it was nice to have some space after travelling for nearly 3 weeks. The hotel is hidden down a long driveway which opens up into a beautiful oasis, the amenities were clean and the pool was fabulous to cool...

There are apparently 800 hotels is Siem Reap and we managed to find this gem. Close to the town centre restaurants and shops, but well away from all the noise. We had a deluxe garden room and enjoyed taking an outdoor shower! There's an indoor one too if you don't fancy al fresco! The staff are amazingly friendly and it...

We live in Cambodia and visit Siem Reap a lot. I think when people read these reviews they must remember they are visiting a Third World country not New York City. We come here monthly on business trips and try to stay at a new location every time. The mulberry is a sweet small cozy oasis in the middle of...

The hotel staff was charming and very helpful. The tuk tuk driver they arranged for me was the very best! However, there were many small imperfections : the airport pickup time was wrong, the wifi did not work for two days, the cupboard lights could not be turned off and glowed all night, the bedside table light could not be...

Peaceful place after a tiring day visit at the temples. Stayed two nights and finally felt like on holidays. I had to take the plane, but I would have passed my whole journey here. They also have pretty good wines and an amazing underrated restaurant. Thanks!!

The hotel is very well located, closed to the city centre, the night market and most of the restaurant. The hotel is very nice with a peaceful garden and a great swimming pool for hot days. The rooms are well decorated and comfortable. The family rooms have two floors with beds at both floors which is very useful for families....

This hotel is quite serene and quiet despite being very close to the Siem Reap Night Market, and walking distance from almost everything in Siem Reap. The rooms are clean, spacious, modern, and beautiful. The pool very inviting. There were many families staying here, but the General Manager, Vanya helped to make my days spent here as a solo traveller...
