We stayed there for 2 nights. Hotel is in a very good location – just a walking distance to the Old market and to all the restaurants. Rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was nothing special, but no reason to complain also. There were 2 swimming pools which was very helpful refreshment after visiting cultural heritage in hot weather.

Location is the best selling point for this hotel. Short walk to old market and pub street etc.; a small convenience store is across the street if you want to pick up something quick. During our stay, the hotel crew was friendly, and the complimentary breakfast buffet had good variety of food. Room amenities were decent. The only minor complaint...

Ideally located in the heart of the city with easy access to most locations bywalk or tuk tuk. rooms are large with comfortable bed but cleaniness could be better. Breakfast could be better although variety is there and noodles and omelette station is good. Always do your homework before any tours through the hotel. Good tours are bus group tours...

My daughter and I stayed here in January 2017. We spent 4 nights. The staff were amazing, always eager to help and please. The rooms are very comfortable and well maintained. The breakfasts are included in the tariff and are delicious. You can even have a packed breakfast made for you if you are leaving early and will miss breakfast....

Only con is NO door to the bathroom only a 'open' sliding door :( Wifi was good considering I was staying on 4th floor. Did not use the pool as Either looked very clean. Breakfast 3/5.

This hotel has a great location - just a couple of minutes walk from Pub Street or a $1 USD tuk tuk ride. The service from the hotel staff is superb. Our kids loved the "ruins" and the elephant themed pools. There was a great breakfast buffet and the room service was good and reasonably priced. The lobby and common...
