The grounds were beautiful and the treatment we received at this hotel far exceeded anything we've ever experienced. Upon arrival we were greeted by Mr. Hak. He made sure he was available for anything we needed and signified this by giving us a cell phone to contact him even during his time off. He went absolutely above and beyond during...

We stayed for 2 nights here, and were fortunate to have been given an upgraded room that was beautiful! Overall the hotel is lovely, and the service is very good, but I would say they are still figuring out 'world-class'. The staff that serve the rooms clearly don't understand the electronic system for 'do not disturb' or 'make up room',...

Absolutely amazing. Can not fault the staff, service, food or rooms. Best place I have every stayed. So calm and spacious. Will definitely be staying again. The buffet breakfast was incredible. Special mention to Mimi (mymy), unsure of correct spelling, she made sure our stay was as enjoyable as possible and even came with us to the airport. Can't wait...

We was been there for 3 days during our honey moon. They are so gentile, smiling and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing, you can try local and international food. Here is a big pool where u can swim or just relax.

The staff are very active and useful, they always support us whenever we need. In addition, the room is nice, from here you can walk to the street across the river to the Cambodian markets. The room is very clean and well equipped. Highly recommend for you to stay during the trip in Siem Reap.

We stayed here for two nights during our Southeast Asian trip. When we arrived, the staff could not be nicer and brought us a delicious tea to start. Throughout our stay, everyone was very helpful. The hotel decor was beautiful and we loved how the various rooms and hallways were scented with lemongrass. One person in particular who made our...

Had absolutely fantastic service when we arrived from Hak. He was very welcoming and has looked after us very well whilst being here. The Spa was amazing and good value. The Four Hand massage was the best. With Tuk Tuks being available at a moments notice it only takes a few minutes to Pub Street and the night markets and...

We were actually transferred here as our hotel room had an issue (We booked The Privilege). We really liked the ambiance and the hotel room. It's a little dusty and has a weird smell, but other than that it's not too bad. The hotel staff are really keen to help you get around so no worries about moving from place...
