The pool area is nice, rooms are good size but old, bathroom old. Cleanliness can improve, room service changed sheets every day and I appreciate that. There were ants and mosquitos in the room even with air con ( ants on the bed!!). Staff are friendly, polite and helpful.

The worst hotel in town! The most impolite receptionist! I've booked through booking.com and the booking was confirmed but the rude receptionist said to me "There is no available room! Why you tried to book my hotel?"

Nightmare!!! We visited last week as part of a family holiday. 15 minutes into our visit, 2 of our group, on lying on their beds, were bitten by bed bugs. The rest of their group also found dead bed bugs in their rooms. On notifying management, they launched into denial mode. As expected, we checked out immediately, but not before...

Dangue Fever no thanks. Just a ridiculous amount of dead mosquitoes from a recent spraying. (On the beds, pillows, floor, shower, everywhere) But wait they're all not dead. Still dozens still flying in the cover of the dark room. Nothing I hate more then get bit in the night and with Dangue fever now it's dangerous. No way, I walked...

Nice room, real wooden decor and traditional feel about the room. The pool area was nice and the staff very friendly. Let down by poor wifi availability- only in reception - and mosquitoes which got in through the the vents in the bathroom - not happy about that in a malaria risk area.

Please never book here, we got scammed!! Via booking.com we booked a stay at a "partner hotel" (Xing Angkor Hotel). When we arrived at this hotel they told us they were overbooked and then they moved us to the Neak Pean Hotel. The original booking was $17.50 for one night, however, the Neak Pean Hotel tried to charge us $25...

This place is antiquated, which would be fine if it was clean and well serviced, but it wasn't. The rooms were not well cleaned, it was hard to get towels, the dining area was messy and had dirty plates left on tables. The staff seemed not to give a care about getting anything done, and would often be sitting around...
