We were travelling with Audley through South East Asia and they offered us an upgrade to the Shinto Mani Club, we where told that there was fantastic feedback from customers, but nothing prepared us for this amazing place. A tranquil oasis in the heat of Siem Reap the hotel is just perfect. The staff were fantastic so friendly and kind,...

My husband and I recently stayed at the Shinta Mani Club for a 4-night visit to Siem Reap and we loved every aspect of our stay there, from the warm reception of staff (who upgraded us from Shinta Mani to the Club free of charge due to a private event at the Resort), the spacious, immaculate, beautifully appointed rooms with...

We greatly enjoyed this first-class hotel. After traveling through the noisy and busy Siem Reap streets and battling the crowds of tourists at the various ruins, it was always rewarding to return to Shinta Mani after mid-day to relax at the pool and cool off from the afternoon heat. We were particularly thrilled at the greeting from those at the...

I've stayed at the Shinta Mani several times now over the last year on business trips and it always feels like home. There is literally nothing that could be done to improve the guest experience. From the staff, to the design, to the amazing food - everything is done with the utmost detail and to perfection. I highly recommend you...

The Shinta Mani in Seam Reap exceeded our expectations in every respect. From the moment we arrived the staff were wonderfully kind and attentive. We were upgraded to the Club Resort due to it being a special anniversary, & we were greeted with cake, flowers, card and wine. The hotel and our room were immaculately clean, the pool & gardens...

Can't say enough positive about this place! We requested a pickup from airport after a long day traveling (extra reasonable charge) and were greeted with a huge smile and friendly driver. Check in was friendly and efficient, and the service again fantastic. They gave us a phone with local number to use during our stay. We had drinks in the...

I cannot recommend the Shinta Mani Club enough. The service is unsurpassable, the rooms are beautifully designed, the breakfast is delicious, and the kind staff provide all sorts of wonderful perks: cold towels and iced tea when you return, tea and muffins for the early risers before breakfast, ice cream cones by the pool, fresh fruit each day in one's...

From the moment you arrive till your departure you are treated with hospitality seldom seen at a hotel or resort. The staff genuinely makes every effort to make your stay a pleasant experience, from being greeted with the cold Jasmine scented towels, cold water or iced teas upon returning , to helping you cross the street or always addressing you...

Beautiful place with the most welcoming staff and very well located near everything in Siem Reap. Loved the massage by the pool! Food was delicious, specially breakfast at the swinging tables outdoors. In addition, this hotel has a program to provide interns with hospitality training. 100% recommended.
