The rooms are large, furnished in Khmer style but can be rather gloomy for some European tastes. The service at the desk is reasonable. The pool is excellent and it is worth staying at the Hotel if only for that. It offers reasonable value for money.

The hotel it's lush, rooms are huge, and bathroom it's nice. I had light from outside but no views though. The pool area is gorgeous and breakfast its served in a beautiful area. To enjoy this place you just need to avoid the water festival (second week of November). Even though the fest starts on the 13th, on the previous... More

Love everything about this hotel. Amazing value for it's location and amenities; large pool, included breakfast, spacious rooms. The decor is what made me pick the hotel out of a huge line up of similar places. It's got a great Khmer feel (even if it is all just gold paint) and isn't trying to be Western. The pool is lovely... I stayed here with a friend for three nights and it was good value for the price. The deluxe rooms are worth the upgrade, you get much more space. I liked the funky decor and the room and bathroom were clean, shower good. It's well located in a quiet street. It is a small place, don't expect the amenities of... More

Our experience in Bopha Siem Reap Boutique Hotel (formerly known as Bopha Angkor Hotel) was absolutely magnificent. We initially booked another hotel through Agoda, but we were sorely disappointed with the other hotel. We found Bopha Siem Reap through booking.com and booked a Standard Double with AC 2 hours before arriving. When we arrived, we were told the room was... More

Good location and good sized rooms. Good service and breakfast choices. solid 3 star place with pool. little old but location makes up for it. Restaurant food quality was good and well priced a definite option if you want to eat close to the hotel on the first or last day.

The Bopha Angkor has a superb position on the riverside, just out of the town centre. We were there during the river festival in October/November, and the throbbing sound systems on the riverbank never let up from lunchtime to midnight. We were repeatedly told that the festival would end "tomorrow", but it seemed to carry on for the full five... More

Have visited Siem Reap a couple of times with my husband and adult son. There are a lot of cheap (50/60 US $ ) hotels available to choose from. This time it did. It work so well for us. The Bopha Angkor is a tired old hotel. My main complaints were rotten window frames in our room, which meant we... More

We visited Siem Reap for 3 days arriving on New Year's eve. Great caring staff. Nice spacious room. Most beautiful garden. Very tropical and well preserved. Cons: close to street, no soap bars, breakfast menu which was good but fruit salad limited compared to a buffet where you can devour the delicious fruits.
