Always enjoyable to have excellent service in Cambodia. Extremely professional and friendly staff whose level of English is great compared i.e. to the limited English in Thailand. Good location and facilities and everything was done as agreed. The only negative points were noisy children and Chinese tourist who start to block all possible places.

Pretty impressed with the hotel in general. Super clean and quiet at night. Friendly & helpful staff. Appreciated the free wifi and breakfast. The hotel is very convenient to all the markets and temples. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Free return airport transfer was on time, in a lovely modern car and a real bonus. Included breakfast was plentiful, varied, fresh and delicious and served in the lovely large and airy restaurant. All staff were friendly and cheerful at all times and greeted us so nicely when we arrived. Hotel is lovely, very traditional colonial style inside, lots of...

I just completed my stay at this hotel during my visit to the various temples in Siem Reap (Angkor Wat, etc). This hotel was recommended to me by a friend and I am glad that he did. I stayed in a balcony room that overlooks the pool. My room had an unobstructed view but I noticed that other balconies had...

We spent 2 days there. The location is excellent, the people friendly and helpful, very clean and elegant, lovely swimming pool. The staff's English is quite poor, but they make it up to their clients in kindness. Large room overlooking the pool, good amenities, not so good internet connection though. Adequate breakfast, everything fresh. Within walking distance of the bazaar and...

It was always a pleasure to walk back into this hotel after a long day visiting temples far & wide. The staff were exceptionally polite, some not great with the English language however in the end it didn't really matter. Our room was spacious, clean & quiet even though we over looked the from entrance. The pool was the peace...

Given the mostly great reviews and location, my sister and I excitedly booked this hotel for our recent 9 night stay in Siem Reap. Unfortunately, per title, we only made it through 2 nights. We complained on our second day due to multitude of issues (see list below), and were 'upgraded' to a slightly nicer / larger room, only to...

This hotel is very colonial looking and had lots of wood with high ceilings. It is a good location and feels safe. The night markets are about 10 minutes away. There is some bars close by. Lovely food and staff excellent. The room was large and overlooked the fabulous pool. They have their own tuk tuk drivers at entrance. We...
