Location was excellent, allowing foot access to all of what we wanted and centrally located for further distances. Service was great from doormen to guest services to tour/travel arrangements to breakfast waitstaff. Shortly after arriving we ordered room service (which was good and not expensive) and I asked the waitstaff delivering our order if the tip I was offering him...

If you need reliable "free Internet" stay elsewhere. Too much time spent getting codes, trying to log in over and over, slow connections. Otherwise fine hotel. Seemingly very popular with large tour groups.

i like the prince d'angkor hotel. it is not the best hotel in the world but it is clean, the rooms are a good size, the pool is great, the staff are friendly and we all enjoyed it. there can be nuisances like mosquitoes and no hot water but the staff came quickly to fix it... remember we are in...

Me and my family stayed at your hotel from the 25/12 - 27/12/11 and we had a wonderful time, the location was excellent and was very accommodating for a family of 4. We will stay there again, everything about your hotel was good.

Location is great but service is not stellar. Also we were forced to have new year's dinner that was not worth the money but could not opt out. Though rooms were booked more than 6 months ahead we were made to wait until 6pm to get our rooms and only after our insistence we were given a temporary room. Internet...

Overall, the hotel location, room and service is good. The only thing that give me a big disappointment is the wi-fi internet connection and it's not free. The wi-fi was super slow maybe the dial up connection would be more faster... the maintenance/IT personnel can't fix or even don't know why there was no connection....what a shame for a 4...

Was there on the period of16th-23th December. Location was convenient, with many restaurants & shops nearby and even a shopping mall just 3mins walk away. Siem Reap's central market & night market is within 15mins walking distance...or you could always ride a 'tuktuk' down for just 1 $US. It is also relatively close to many tourist attractions such as the...

As a family of 4 we had two deluxe pool facing rooms ( hotel didnt seem to have any connecting rooms but maybe that was a communication problem or a misunderstanding) Rooms were spacious with a small balcony and very quiet since we were not facing the road. Air cons in rooms were really effective and cool. Having laptops,we were...

The lobby is beautiful, as is the swimming pool. Rooms are large, with a stand alone shower as well as bath tub..nice touch! Most of the staff are pleasant, except for the female 'cashier', who did not want to give me smaller bills (I only wanted 5, $1's). I did go back later and the male cashier happily gave me...

xcellent location close to the main streets but set back. Nice pool area although they could use a few more chairs. Staff very friendly and helpful and their english was excellent. Food good. Lobby nice and calming place to relax. Great place to come back to after walking around looking at the sites in the hot sun.
