I don't recommend to drive in Siem leap as the road r bad there. No proper road sign n traffic lights. I don't think there is a park lot nearby the hotel . We took the hotel tutu out to town. We tip the driver, n we got a local SIM card (very cheap）n call the hotel to pick us back. Its a hassle to bargain with the tutu driver around the street. N they might not able to find the hotel. Although the hotel is on a dirt road, a van can pass as the hotel sent a van to pick three of us
