This is no exaggeration! it was like a scene out of "Faulty Towers" including Manuel in the shape of a receptionist named Chhaiya! On arrival, they had to transfer us to another hotel nearby for one night due to double booking (a customary habit). The next morning, Chhaiya the receptionist does not recognize us and tries to sell us a...

We were surprised this guest house gets such good reviews. We found the room to be very spartan, which is okay, but the hotel felt cold, worn, unsafe, and overcrowded. We slept here one night and could barely sleep with the noise from outside (which was strange because our window only faced a hallway - not outside). We left the...

Spent 3 nights here had a huge room with a balcony - great for sunset - arranged our early morning Ankor Wat Tuk Tuk with them and bus ticket to Sihanoukville - Great Tuk Tuk guide. No problems - very clean - nice pool to cool off after busy days roaming around all the temples. Very friendly staff - short...

Warning...dishonest establishment: overbooking. We confirmed our booking and arranged airport pick up the day before arrival. Pleasant email received and friendly tuk tuk driver took us to the guesthouse from the airport. That's when the trouble started... Informed the guesthouse was overbooked and offered accommodation nearby. Had a look, it was disgusting! Food left on stairwells, a rodent running loose...

We spent 4 nights in a family room in the 'new wing'. The room comes with a big balcony that we always had our dinner there. Comfortable. It is good value in the sense that it has free pick-up service and a free bottle of wine (for those who stay for at least 4 nights) and the breakfast is good....

The free airport pickup was much appreciated, as was the friendly & efficient check in. Location is really good for night market, restaurants etc. Food in the hotel restaurant was very good & available all day. Staff were really cheerful & helpful when it came to organising tours & onward travel. The pool was great after a long day sightseeing....

Stayed here for just the two nights as it was not as good as the Lotus Lodge just out of town where we had stayed the previous 5 nights. Rooms ok but too busy around the tiny pool. ( Better than no pool at all though).

I was pick up from the airport via Tuk Tuk and taken to my hotel where the check in process was very efficient. The guest services here were of very high standard and the staff were always very accommodating and spoke fairly good english. The breakfast was included and was of good standard. Free wifi was really good as this...

The hotel is very accessible from the night market and pub street. You can easily get a tuk-tuk right outside the hotel. The room and bathroom are big but better lighting is needed. The bathroom only contains a bulb with a not so bright light. They also need to get new bath towels

I really enjoyed our stay in this place. Its very convenient to access the market, restaurants and ofcourse the famous Pub Street. They offer tour service, free transfers. When you're done touring the famous angkor wat, their pool is a great place to relax and unwind.
