Upon arrival it looked quiet pleasant. When we entered the foyer it was poorly lit and very difficult to make out what was being said. It is nice to have someone on the desk who could actually communicate effectively with customers. There is no lift in his place (well not one that we were introduced to) so if you are...

This hotel is horrible, stained sheets and towels, leaking room, rain came through the locked windows, no WI-FI in the rooms. Rats running through the restaurant and filthy conditions. NEVER AGAIN. I feel sorry for the staff working in this hovel . . . . . .

Room and bathroom clean. Staff very nice and polite giving good advise on activities. Pool is well maintain. A/C works good (important cause it can get pretty hot and wet in Cambodia!). Restaurant serve good meal. The hotel has its own driver. They are very kind and reliable. They don't try to catch you in some sort of tourist trap....

We booked the Family Room for a group of 4 people. The beds and toilet were clean with all the basic amenities provided. We had 1 queen size bed, two single beds, and these suited us fine. We even opted to go with the trip arranged by the guesthouse as we didn't book any local tour beforehand. We had a...

We loved this hotel. It had a lovely welcoming feel to it. The staff were as always in Cambodia brilliant. So welcoming and friendly. On first day of arrival one of our rooms were not ready as they were having trouble unblocking the toilet. No problem gave us a family room and another room and the next day ours was...

Met by a great tuk-tuk driver at the airport - hotel is down a safe dirt road just off (2-3 short blocks) from the main restaurant and bar/market area of Sien Reap. Good A/C, fairly quiet (for Siem Reap). Breakfast just fine, nothing fancy but fruit was fresh and clean, as were the rooms. Hotel has all the tour capabilities...
