This hostel is a great place to explore angkor wat and other (few) sights around Siem reap. The whiteboard helps you to connect with guests who want to do the same activity. The managers Gus and especially Liam always had good advice on what to do. The hostel creates a positive social atmosphere in which everyone talks to everyone easily....

I loved staying at The Siem Reap Hostel! It has a great party atmosphere and we met a lot of friends through the food tour. The hostel has a sign up board where you can put your name down for different small group tours (sunrise and sunset tours, Angkor Wat tuk tuk tours, food tours, etc). This is perfect for...

Stayed with friends in the De Luxe dorm room. The beds were really comfortable though the height of the beds were designed with the Westerner's height in mind. The same is also true with the shower. It was 9$ per head/day. Toiletries and towel not free, though towel can be rented at $0.50. The rooms were clean though there were...

Stayed a few nights in private room and love the hostels amenities. Yoga, massages and food all on site. Great happy hour and a beautifully cold pool for those blistering siem reap days. Gus will do anything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. He is beyond accommodating. Great place to meet people. Would stay again.

I booked this hostel after reading the reviews and I, like many others, can concur it is a great hostel all round. Social bar doing happy hour 5-8 for 50c beer, decent food, chilled out common areas, fantastic tour guide operating, friendly and helpful staff, laundry next door, comfy bed, spacious rooms, central location just 2 min walk from pub...
