Stayed here for 3 nights on out tour, Hotel was comfortable clean , maybe needs a little bit of an update but perfectly ok for us. Bar was very welcoming with good drinks and friendly staff. Happy Hour (a few hours) was great and you could have drinks brought through to the pool. Bella on reception was great she took care of us well. Pool was great for a relaxing morning. Cheap Tuk Tuk $3 each way into Pub Street where we found a lovely place to drink and eat called Kitchen 2002, lovely wine and great food. Would stay here again
This traditionally decorated hotel had everything we needed but the wonderful staff made it great from the moment Bella greeted us and showed us our room. It is on the road to Angkor Wat a little out of the main town, but there are plenty of cheap tuk tuks (approx $1 a person). We used rather more of the hotel facilities than usual for us. They made us a packed breakfast for our sunrise tour as we were missing our included breakfast which was generously filled. We had two full days sightseeing and got very wet so ended up eating in the hotel restaurant (the set menu was delicious) and having laundry done (reasonably priced and very efficient). We also enjoyed happy hour by the pool. Nothing was too much trouble, we were always personally greeted when we entered reception and around the hotel, everyone smiled and made us feel special, especially Bella and the lovely restaurant staff. If you want to be made a real fuss off I would highly recommend this hotel.…
this is probaby one of the best services I've recieved by an hotel. they picked us up from the airport in a tuk tuk for free, and the receptionist Mary was very kind and explanatory of all of the services of the hotel, they dont even let you checkin standing up, the go to you in the sofa and hice you a complementary beverage and mentholated towel for the hands. excelent room, and spa service
This is a very clean and well kept hotel the staff are wonderful especially Bella on reception who was a mine of information and extremely helpful. The breakfast was great and the hotel food authentic and of a very good quality. I'd stay there again
My wife and me had a 5 night stay at this hotel. First thing to say was the staff were all so friendly and helpful in all parts of the hotel. The room was a good size and overlooked the pool. The bathroom was starting to become a little tired and had an over bath shower which I am not a fan of (but that's me). The pool and the area around was a nice oasis to relax around and the pool was nice yo cool off from the heat of the day. We walked into Siem Reap on several occasions which took a leisurely 20 mins along the river. I would recommend the hotel.
