I spent one night in Casa Beltran at the end of a two-week trip in northern Chille and Bolivia. Everything is fine with this hotel (room, service, food) except the lack of isolation from the street. My room was on the first floor facing the street and there is a nearby nightclub which was very noisy on this Friday night:...

Very nice hotel in Arica. The hotel is very well located: in the center of Arica close to main streets restaurants and shops. Easy access to beaches, train/bus station. The rooms are very cosy: clean, well equipped, well designed, bathroom is gorgeous. The staff is really helpful with a special thank to Fanny who helped us and recommended some places...

Stayed here two nights and enjoyed it very much. Downtown, newish, friendly, little baalcony, good breakfast and other meals also. Would stay there again. Ask for a high up room since the street can be noisy at time (nothing that bothered me).

The location is very good and the employees very friendly. We particularly liked the breakfast, and also had afternoon tea with delicious cupcakes. The room was nice and clean. We have nothing negative to say about this hotel at all.

This hotel is in the middle of Arica, therefore expect a little noise. There are bars with loud music close by. This also means you are in the middle of the fun part! The staff is friendly and willing to speak English. The rooms are very good. Clean and modern. Breakfast is delicious, good bread and fresh fruit juice. Excellent...

Everything fine, nice decor and comfort. The morning receptionist is far from nice and efficient. All other staff is very nice and the restaurant is good and gourmet. Central location, good for shops but no views.

This small hotel is brand new and sleek but still retains a sweet colonial feel. Everything was designed to make you feel comfortable. The breakfast was satisfying with cold cuts and cheese plus lovely marmalade - I think that you could also order eggs but I forgot. We requested a quiet room that faced and internal courtyard and it was...

I cant think of anything bad to say about this place. Loved the decor, the staff were all friendly, totally cool about my two year old lumbering slowly up and down the stairs, and helpful, and it was the best shower I've had in South America!

We can't complain, parking was near the hotel, staff was friendly and helpful, room was well kept, clean and modern. Near the downtown and several restaurants. If traveling on business this hotel would be a heaven! But I was with my family, furnitures were not designed for us, room is very comfortable for a couple, but add a kid and...

Really loved the design of this boutique hotel. Great character and great quality materials. Comfortable beds and really nice bathrooms. The breakfast which is included in the price was really excellent. There were computers for use in the common areas, which was nice.Overall good service. The restaurant was very good although a bit expensive. Our server was super nice. Good...
