A few weeks ago we spent a night in Porto Natales at the Hotel Temauken, which is, as recent reviews indicate, a small, minimalist hotel with compact, clean and comfortable rooms that offer fine views. The members of the helpful and friendly staff helped us appreciate that Porto Natales has a lot more to offer than expected, in terms of...

Spent four days in a small but clean room with minimalistic but sufficient services. Breakfast buffet is included with not much choices but choices were good and sufficient to get you going through the day. Located bit off the main path with shops and restaurants but offer rooms with the beautiful view. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very good...

We stayed here both before and after our 8 days hike in Torres del Paine, and teh hotel kept our excess luggage when we were hiking. We had room number 6 which is spacious. The hotel is new and modern and very clean. The staff is very helpful, and printed boarding passes and bus tickets for us. The view is...

We stayed at Hotel Temauken for 3 nights and it gave the impression of a boutique hotel. The rooms were small and sparsely decorated but adequate for what you want. The staff were very helpful and tried hard to please. The view from the rooms was brilliants you overlooked the town and lake with mountains in the distance.

The hotel is great, the accomodations are modern and very confortable. The staff is kind and polite. My beddroom had a big window with a beautiful view of Seno Última Esperanza. This is a great place to stay while in Puerto Natales. It's a top hotel. The only downside is that the hotel is not in the center of the...

I had a family emergency come up on my trip to Chile and the staff at Hotel Temauken was very understanding and helpful. When I return to Patagonia in December, I will be sure to stay at Hotel Temauken!

Our family only stayed here for a short night--arriving late and leaving early in the morning. It is on a pretty steep hill, which made parking the car and carrying the bags a bit tough, but the location worked great for us as it is only 2 blocks from the bus station--very convenient. It was clean and comfortable, with a...

This hotel is difficult to rate. In the end, I gave it 4 stars, but this is bases on my needs and tastes, and I would imagine most people would find it somewhat disappointing. The hotel does some things great, yet others - poorly. The room was clean, the bed super comfortable, water pressure was great with plenty of hot...

After staying just outside Torres del Paine in a place that was pretty rustic, we were so happy to stay the night here (we wish we could have stayed longer!). The place was clean, warm, and had amazing views...even from the bathroom (which had a little window that looked out through the bedroom's windows). The bed was super comfortable--both mattress...

We stayed here before and after our W trek. They stored our extra luggage in a secured closet. Clean and comfortable rooms with beautiful views. We had to catch a 7am bus to El Calafate and thought that we would miss breakfast. However they made breakfast available for us early. Very much appreciated given our upcoming 5 hour bus ride....
