Even though we were not guests at the hostel, gloria helped us book bus tickets when we were away and the bus tickets were sold only is cash and in person. Her energies light up the entire room! I'm sure to stay at her hostel if i were to return to puerto natales!

This is a small B&B, conveniently located in the center of town. The proprietor is a sort of philosopher, and an interesting guy, so it’s a good place to come if you’re in the mood to chat. On the other hand, that also means that there is not a lot of privacy. He clearly has a lot of practice speaking...

Run by a soft spoken gentleman, Rodrigo, keoken was the highlight of our time in Puerto Natales itself. We were in town as a launchpad for six days of backpacking in Torres del Paine. Rodrigo was extremely helpful in booking bus tickets for us, booking restaurant reservations and gave us a lot of helpful tips for Torres and also within...

Rodrigo and Gloria are wonderful hosts. We only stayed for one night while on our honeymoon but would recommend Keoken to anyone. Rodrigo and Gloria were a huge help to us by buying our bus tickets to El Calafate that were not available for purchase online in advance and they got us the last seats available during this busy season....

This is a simply wonderful place to stay. My flight was delayed into El Calafate so I didn't arrive until after midnight. I emailed to let the owners know, and Rodrigo couldn't have been more helpful. He and Gloria stayed up for me, recommended a good place that was still serving food, and gave me keys to let myself back...

We visited in september which is before the season really gets going, so ended up being the only ones staying for the first night. The host was very accommodating though and very helpful, and the B&B was in great condition, room was good and there were a couple of nice sit out areas available which were a nice touch.
