We found this B&B to be an extremely well run operation with wonderful breakfasts, comfortable rooms, and friendly owners. They were extremely helpful in putting together excursions for our group of 8 as well as surprised us our first day there with "munchies" around happy...More
Very mixed feelings about Keoken. It is pretty close to the boat dock and the centre of town. The owners are really helpful and friendly, organised a day tour of Torres del Paine for us and bought our tickets for the bus to Punta Arenas....More
Overall we were very disappointed – definitely not worth the US$135 per night that we paid. We chose & reserved a twin room through the official Keoken web site which clearly shows a picture of what the room would be like. On arrival however we...More

Dear guests, we are sorry to read about your discomfort. But also, try to understand the context of where you stayed. You stayed in a historical house owned and operated by locals. Not a concrete building owned by a hotel chain.
Nevertheless, we are always...More
There is no shortage of places to eat and sleep in Puerto Natales. It seems every street has either a restaurant or lodging on offer. We chose to stay at Keoken B&B which is conveniently situated just over 2 blocks away from the central square,...More
I would echo the comments of a number of other reviewers - the owners were extremely helpful, they helped us with bus tickets from Punta Arenas airport, bus tickets to TDP, planning and logistics for TDP, calling taxis, points of interest in town etc. All...More

Hello,
good you can park in front of keoken, in the street.
So do all tourists.
Puerto Natales, is a small and quiet town.
There are no private parking.

Hello, I am not the owner of Koeken Patagonia, I am a guest who wrote a review, and I will answer your questions. Sorry but I saw your questions just now, very late.
The B&B is small, only approx. 6-7 rooms. The owners are very friendly and will help you with everything. It was one of the best accommodations on our Patagonia tour.
Yes, there are hair dryers in each room. You can also get one from the owners.
Yes, there are taxis at the bus station when you arrive. The owners of the B&B will call a taxi for you to get to the bus station in the morning. We did the W-Trek as and left our luggage in the B&B during the tour.
There is a small grocery store nearby, bigger ones are 5 minutes to walk.
You can return late since you will get a key for the entrance door.
You should ask the owners for good restaurants, there are a few very good ones very close, the Aldea and Lenga.
We did not liked the W-Trek. It is expensive and not worth the money, loud music in the refugios, very different from refugios in Europe (Alps, Dolomites). The are many (young) people making the W-Trek because it is very popular, these people would like to have "party" in the refugios instead of enjoying the mountains and nature. Afterwards we feel that it would have been sufficient to make some day treks in the Torres del Paine NP.
