We loved our time at Erratic Rock. The best hostel I've stayed at. Staff were awesome, friendly and very helpful. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Great location, close to the bus stop and shops. Highly recommend this hostel!

We had planned our trip to Torres del Paine for months. Unfortunately, our bags were delayed by the airline and we were in danger of missing our reservations to hike the circuit. After a couple of days of devastation and calling the airline every 5 hours to check the status, we decided to move on to a plan b, unsure...

This place has everything you need. The hosts that we dealt with, Cory and Kate, made our visit very special. They treated us as though we were family....taking time to make us feel welcome, showing us around, giving us tips on what to see and do. The facility is comfortable with nice rooms, great common areas and is adjacent to...

I hiked el circuito in January. I wanted to do as much of it as independently as possible but also wanted to have the support of experienced guides. Coté, Pablo et al had the experience and the sense of fun that really set the base for a great trip. The hike itself was incredible - if you have time would...

I have been to Erratic Hostel on thanks giving day. Couldn't be better. Amazing dinner with everybody cooking together.. a family atmosphere. They have everything you need for W circuit on Torres del Paine. Their no booking system is amazing. Just the truly backpackers stay there. Be sure to arrive in the morning to get a place there. The owners...

We spent there two nights, they offer different types of accommodation, shared room or private, although you have to make the reservation there as they don't allow you to book online or by phone. Breakfast is very good, they have free wifi, a computer and a whole bunch of movies and Netflix to watch.

If you're in Puerto Natales to hike the W Circuit, you must stay at Erratic Rock. This is a super clean, super cozy, super comfortable and well-outfitted hostel. The breakfast is hand down the best hostel breakfast I've had - and I've been traveling in South America and staying in hostels in South America for the last 9 months. Breakfast...

I stayed here during the start of the quiet season in Patagonia. The staff are really friendly and approachable and willing to help with whatever you need. The free breakfast in the morning is great and has a good variety of food, including fresh bread and a freshly cooked omelette. The location of the hostel is good, not quite on...

Very hard to get, had to stay somewhere else and put myself on a waiting list. Thankfully managed to beat everyone else to it the next day. You do not have to stay there to listen to their ultra informative talks but you get alot more by chatting with the staff thru the night. Also very comfortable everything, especially after...

We didnt stay in the hostel but went to the 3pm talk which was not only helpful for our trek but also helps to educate visitors on ethical and environmentally friendly preperation and trekking. They also have a free items basket which is great for items like garbage bags as they get reused. We also hired our equipment there and...

“Avoid the mini double unless travelling alone. There is also a dorm room nicknamed 'the cave' which is a cupboard next to the kitchen... We didn't stay there but it looked terrible. The other dorm rooms were very pleasant.”
