Upon arrival to this hotel, one sees the shell of what was once a slaughterhouse for sheep. Don't be put off by the entrance as it belies an amazing surprise. The spacious rooms in this hotel have spectacular views of the Esperanza sound/fjord. The view spans an entire wall and is breathtaking at sunrise and sunset. Within the hotel are...

This place is a magical hotel, located within an abandoned 1900 century industrial building. the conversion + the new hotel part are one of the best examples of adaptive reuse of existing buildings I have ever seen. It is tasteful playful and very comfortable luxurious without being pretentious and works like a well oiled machine of luxury hospitality. Worth the...

My husband and I just returned from a two week trip in Chile and this hotel was one of the highlights. What an amazing building! It's stunning; much better than the pictures. We loved the stay, even if I didn't think the room was anything to write home about, and the spa was really mediocre as well (although very beautiful...

I was part of a hiking group that stayed for 3 nights at The Singular Patagonia in the beginning of November. The hotel has wonderful unique features that make it a truly amazing place to stay. From the initial reception in a glass walled area inside a drive shed to the funicular, to the industrial machinery that has been preserved...

I must say this is the most amazing hotel I ever have seen during my all business trips around the world. As incentive organizer, clients always ask me to include "wow effect" in their program: this is it!!! Good position (few minutes by taxi from Puerto Natales - 3000 Chilean pesos, one way), high services level (staff professional - very...

Our expectations were high after reading many reviews but nothing prepared us for this amazing experience. From the driver arriving to collect us from the airport with a lunch pack to the very friendly welcome when we arrived at reception and that was just the being. We did the 3 night package which was all inclusive of meals, drinks and...

When the bus drove up to the hotel I thought it was a joke. We drove straight into an old factory that looked like it had been closed for decades. Inside they have turned it into a real luxury resort. Using the old brick walls and old machines as props. The rooms are full of antiques and the views are...

When you see the Singular from the outside ,it looks like an old factory - it was actually an abattoir and frozen meat storage factory . The facade and old buildings have been preserved but the inside has been converted into a beautiful luxurious hotel. Many of the old machines , timber beams , wooden floorings and even an old...
