We stayed here for one night after several day's trekking and camping in the Torres del Paine National Park. The check in staff were friendly, made every effort to understand our faltering Spanish, and gave us a coupon for a complimentary pisco sour at a local eatery. We only had one night in this hotel and found it to be modern, clean, quiet, well-equipped and friendly. Our bathroom was very modern and spotlessly clean, It is well positioned in town with a short walk to restaurants and shops.

A small hotel tastefully decorated... appears to be fairly new. Spacious rooms good linen.Friendly english speaking reception staff . Good breakfast served till 10am Exellent wi fi reception. Close to amenities

Stayed in the hotel one night on our way to Torres Del Paine. Clean and conforatble hotel located close to the central square of Natales. The room was clean and confortable. Wi-fi worked OK. Staff was not fluent in English. Breakfast is included in the rate and is OK, since many tours leave out of Natales, breakfast is served from...

Very nice hotel, I stayed there with my wife in march fo only one night.I booked through booking.com, at the reception desk we had to explain what booking.com was and had to give copies of passport and credit cards...not a very common custom in such hotels. Quality/price is good in low season, high season prices make it overrated. There is...

We stayed here two nights bookending 2 nights in TDP. The room was nice and clean and the staff was pretty helpful despite the language barier. However, I have to complain about how loud the water in the place was. You flush the toilet and it makes the most noisy sound in the world. Kind of annoying at night, but...
