Stayed here 3 nights with a group tour. Hotel tends to cater to groups. Breakfast was adequate. Slow wi Fi but free. Staff was very attentive. The views from the front of the hotel were breathtaking, but unfortunately our tour group booked mostly backyard views! Easy walk to center of town.

We stayed here for 3 nights during our group tour in Chile in January and thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous. The outlook to the front of the hotel is simply stunning – but unfortunately our tour company (Titan Travel) saw fit to book only ‘city view’ rooms for us at the rear of...

This is one of the town’s larger hotels and supports many tour groups. It has a great view of the sea if you can get it but my room faced a bare wall with no view. It is well situated with an easy walk to the town square that supports many restaurants that range from fine dining to casual eating....

Dear Guest, thank you very much for sharing your experience with us. As you indicated, our hotel has a differentiated offer between our rooms overlooking the Ultima Esperanza Fjord and rooms with city views, some of which have better perspective depending on the height at which they are. If you return not hesitate to ask for a room change since...

As with many previous reviewers, our stay was short but very pleasant. A warm welcome from the hotel staff and the to a very comfortable room with a good bed, a fabulous rain shower and a relatively quiet night. The public area was very light and spacious and decorated in contemporary style. Staff were friendly and offered to show us...

arrived very late, around 11.30pm thanks to Lan Chile and very delayed flight. Were expecting fjord view room (according to our uk tour operator) but got view of buildings and cars. However, at that time of night who cares. Excellent rain shower, best in Chile, very comfortable beds and attractive décor throughout hotel. The only hotel that we stayed in...

The hotel and rooms were extremely nice and well-maintained. The only room-related issue that we had was that our room was very warm, almost too hot. The bathroom and shower were great, and the wifi excellent. The breakfast here was incredible. Hot and cold options, good coffee, omelet station, sweets, fruits, really everything you could want and all of it...

We used this hotel as a transition point to the Singular. It sits right on the waterfront so the views from the front rooms are overlooking Ultima Esperanza sound. Rooms are sizable but simple, clean but sparse. It would compare to a Holiday Inn in the US and the prices are about the same. We had a buffet breakfast and...

Dear guest, thank you very much for your stay. As you mentioned, our location is facing the Last Hope Fjord and steps away from the centre of Puerto Natales where a variety of restaurants and shops to visit are. We are pleased that you were able to enjoy our services and specially our omelets’ station! We hope to have you...

This was the most expensive of all the hotels we stayed in during our 22-day tour of Chile and Argentina. It enjoys a star –rating way beyond what it offers in facilities and services. It may happen to be the best there is in this God-forsaken port town of 20,000 inhabitants that seems to have sprung up out of nowhere...

The outstanding part about this hotel is the unbelievable view of the Last Hope Sound and mountains and glaciers in the background, right from the hotel room. The waterfront is right opposite as well, with an excellent area for walking. Hotel and room amenities are great too. Breakfast is awesome. Restaurants and shops are also within walking distance.
