More

We really liked this hotel. The room is large and warm, the beds and pillows are comfortable and the bathroom is good too. There is no lift to the rooms, but the staff helps you with your luggage. They are all very kind and helpful. The location is also good. It is located in the main avenue of the city,... More

The Charles Darwin hotel is an average hotel with dated furniture and squeaky wooden floor. I ended up paying 120 dollars for a single room because it was high season. If they feel free to overcharge us they could at least offer us a better breakfast. The lounge room on the third floor is a bonus with great views over... More

The hotel is wonderfully situated, clean, and very quiet. The best thing about the hotel are the people who work there - Suzanna at the front desk was amazingly helpful, restaurant was great. Really a great experience.

We stayed here for 1 night on route to Torres Del Paine. We arrived at Puento Arena’s airport and our guide and driver took us to Puerto Natales which is approx 3-4 hours drive away. On route we stopped at the Seno Otway penguin colony and it was great to see all the penguins, really good fun. Afterwards we stopped... More

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and I have to say it was pretty average and certainly not up to the standard of most of hotels that we stayed in Argentina. The rooms seemed a bit run down and the lack of a lift was annoying when checking in with 4 bags. The internet facilities were good situated... More

Well-located hotel in Puerto Natales. We were about a block from the water and several blocks from the town center. The room was clean and quiet. Free wi-fi.

My two daughters and I spent one night at the Charles Darwin en route to Torres del Paine. The front desk staff (Oswaldo) were efficient and helpful. The room was a good size ( 3 twin beds). The room and attached bath were very clean and neat. We found Patagonia to be very expensive making this hotel a bargain.

I can only give you the good advice: stay away from this hotel! There are probably better options in Puerto Natales. My room was so small that I could hardly move (ok there are some rooms with more space) and the bed was quite uncomfortable. The room was very noisy and you could hear it everytime when your neighbours took... More
