Nice rooms. Great Common rooms downstairs. Very helpful staff. We even got a welcome cocktail. This place is very close to everything downtown, but unfortunately about a mile away from the bus station.

We stayed here for two nights after returning from the W trek. A bit higher than our normal budget but worth it for some extra comfort after the trek. Rooms are on the small side but comfortable - good breakfast and a very relaxed place to rest up.

We stayed at Aquaterra the night before going into TDP. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, even though we arrived so late by bus from El Calafate. The room is small but comfortable, with great water pressure in the shower. Good location to find a grocery, banks, casa de cambio, and/or restaurants nearby. The wifi was the best I...

I was very pleased with Aquaterra. The hotel is well located. Front desk staff especially helpful. I arrived quite early and they accommodated me with an early checkin. The room and bathroom were spotless. The decor in the hotel and the room was lovely. Comfortable beds. Wifi works well. Overall excellent value.

Stayed a night before and two nights after hiking the W in TDP. Great location (walkable to Erratic Rock for 3pm talk & rentals/returns; Unimark and other grocery needs; banks; good restaurants; waterfront; etc). Staff stored our bags, had an early breakfast for us day of hike departure, and also has paid laundry drop off option (just over $20 USD...

Located in downtown Puerto Natales, within sight of the water. Friendly and helpful staff. A great location pre- and post- trek. Clean rooms, with lots of wood finish in common areas. No TV in the rooms if that's an issue. Will store bags while you are trekking.

We had a group of 11 friends stay here for two nights. One night before, and one night after our Torres del Paine W Trek. Everyone at Aquaterra was very accomodating. They even set up breakfast a half hour early for us so that we could be on time for our bus to the TdP bus. The rooms are very...

Clean, cozy, and incredibly kind staff. Wanted to stay again after Los Torres but they were booked! Reasonably priced, good breakfast, free (and working!) wifi, very helpful staff. They even held our bags for the week we were in Los Torres!

A gorgeous hotel in the centre of everything. The service is excellent and the staff remember you name, and are helpful and friendly. There is a beautiful sitting area above the entrance which I used and didn't see anyone else there, but comfortable seats, you can access the wifi and watch the world go by outside. The food was amazing...

This hotel served its purpose for us that was primarily staying their in our transit from Punta Arenas towards Torres del Paine. The staff was friendly and we could communicate in english without much trouble. Breakfast was good and we also liked the lounge area with sofas and chairs that is upstairs from the reception.

“Room # 1 has a cute living room type area right outside the door. I don't think it's for the exclusive use of that room, but it was very handy for packing our bags before the trek.”
