My husband and I stayed at Noi Indigo in December 2016. We found the hotel pretty expensive for what it offers in terms of infrastructure - rooms and quality of food were quite average. Yes....it is a boutique hotel in Patagonia...it is bound to be expensive! What we really loved about Noi Indigo is the people and the excursions. The...

The coolest hotel I have ever stayed in! The architecture and decor inside was only rivaled by the views outside. The plush robes and slippers, bathtub with ocean views and steam shower all welcome you back from a long hike in Torres del Paine or day adventure outside of Puerto Natales. You are put at ease by the friendly staff...

We only went here to the restaurant and cannot comment on the hotel. The prices here are more than average, so we regarded our visit to this restaurant as a treat, but were very disappointed. I can easily say it was the poorest meal I have had in Puerto Natales by far. We went on Sunday for dinner, so the...

Dear ReviewBarracuda, Thank you very much for your review – first of all I would like to apologize for the inconvenience you had at our restaurant. Indeed we had a failure in one cooling equipment what caused a limited offer on that Sunday, as we could not offer our full menu. Unfortunately, on Sunday in this part of the World...

Hotel quality + food makes staying Natales vs. the park well worth for 1-2 days shorter visit. (2 hours round trip to the park. It's lot more expensive to stay inside or just right outside the park, and the service and food are no comparison to Indigo.)

This hotel is beautiful- with comfortable beds, amazing showers, a SPA, a waterfront bar, and a cozy atmosphere. In attempts to break up the LONG journey from Torres del Paine to the Punta Arenas airport and then to Santiago, we decided to spend a night in Puerto Natales. This hotel was the perfect transition from our peaceful Patagonia living. It...

Recently stayed for four nights while touring the parks. The hotel is comfortable and clean. The rooms are a bit small but comfortable. There is no TV which was perfect for me but others may not enjoy that. The WiFi was a bit of a pain as you have to log in every time you want to use it. The...

A very modern and cozy hotel very central in Puerto Natales. The rooms are very modern and they have a very good restaurant and an extraordinary breakfast. The reservations service works very well. Our ship arrived 12 hours later and everything was arranged for our delayed arrival.

Design and layout of the hotel are very different from the normal design of hotels these days. Team is very welcoming and attentive. Food a the integrated restaurant is very good, nice range of choices at the bar. Rooms are small (20 sqm) but have everything you need. Quality of the bed was excellent. On the downside: quality of breakfast...
