Unfortunately I had a poor experience here. The room being comfortable is the best I can say about it. But unfortunately it was to the front on the road and I was kept awake all night the first night by what sounded like racing going on outside! Charged $40 for a room with no ensuite (not as advertised) . Had... More

The best hostel ever and probably one of the best and nices stays on the whole trip. The owners were so nice and helpful! We were there for 3 nights and it was just great. We felt at home from the moment we stepped in. The rooms are so nice and clean. Every evening the owners prepared breakfast for us... More

We are travelling around South America as a late twenties/early thirties couple and we stayed in Downtown hostel in a double room. We stayed 1 nights on a stop over from Ushuaia before heading to Puerto Natales the following day. The hostel is the home of the two owners who met us at the property on check-in. They were extremely... More

We need a place in Punta Arenas just for a one night stay, after a week in Puerto Natales, then move to the airport early in the next day. Avoid the rooms in front of the street, they are too noisy. If you need to stay longer, look for more comfortable options in the city. The breakfast is not good.... More

This hostel was nice and clean with friendly owners. The beds were comfy and we had plenty of towels. The reason it didn't get 5 stars was that the breakfast was not so good - left out in clingfilm on the previous night, and we had to ring on the bell for a long time when we first arrived before... This hostel is a nice option in Punta Arenas, well located and clean. The room is simple, the bed is very confortable, the bathroom a little bit small. It´s very quiet since it has few rooms and the people who stays there are mostly couples. The owner was very nice with us, despite we don´t like the tips for restaurant... More
