This hotel is very pleasant and homey. The location is convenient, very close to the main square in town where the tourist information centre is located. My room was on the small side, but fine for a single person. Everything was clean and functional. The breakfast buffet was good with a selection of typical breakfast foods. Breakfast is served in...

Returning from Tiera Del Fuego it was apparent that hotel occupancy was high in Punta Arenas, so we booked one of the few remaining rooms. This hotel had its heyday in the 1980s. The décor is tired and the carpets well worn. Our room was utilitarian. The bed was perfectly comfortable and there was plenty of hot water, which I...

This hotel has seen better days, but continues to have charm combined with a nice relaxed atmosphere. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Staff were very nice and helpful. A nice lounge area to sit in with excellent WiFi coverage in rooms. The lounge had a computer for guest use. Close to...

Oldie and below average conditions. Not accessible for everyone. No blackout & noisy room. Not dilligent at the front desk dinding solutions. Definitely will look for another option next time. Wireless is also flaky. Only good this is that is well placed close to the main plaza

Easy to find, near facilities, helpful staff, good, clean, comfortable bedroom. We had a 6.30am start and breakfast was sorted for us, usually open from 7am. Bed comfortable, linen good, bathroom good with good shower within bath.

Very comfortable, spacious and friendly hotel that is only a short walk (2 blocks) to the central square in Punta Arenas and the private tourist information shop; Sernatur, Chile's own provides plenty of excellent tourist information but doesn't book tours. Delicious breakfast with a wide range of choice. Staff very helpful with local information and recommendations. Due to local weather,...

Cosy hotel. Perfect for a night or two. Rooms aren't huge but we were hardly there so suited us fine. Great location. Walking distance to the bus station to book bus tickets to other destinations. Close to the water and the main park to kiss magellan's toe for good luck. Clean hotel, super warm and great breakfast.

It is an old traditional hotel in the center of Punta Arenas in what could be described as "english style wannabe". Lots of wood work and a cozy reception room. The bedrooms however are old and decaying with old (not antique) furniture. The bathroom was also old and had some humidity that made the floor wet all the time, we...

Clean, comfortable and warm rooms (extremely important when you are in this part of the world), tasty breakfast with amazingly fresh cakes every morning, obviously the cook is a pastry chef. Excellent location, from here you can go anywhere in Punta Arenas on foot, and if you are renting a car, there is parking place immediately in front of the...
