My wife and I travelled throughout Argentina and Chile in November 2015. We arrived in Punta Arenas by bus and were pleased to get to this Hotel. We spent most of our time in hostels and were pleased that we spent the extra money to stay at this hotel towards the end of our trip. Even though it's a pretty... More

I was here with a group for one night in December 2015. it is a very small place and it must be very important for them to have groups coming. I think from what I saw they actually tried to be as professional as possible and this effort has to be appreciated. Rooms are fairly small. The breakfast room tiny,... More

The room was very spacious as was the bathroom. Check in was fine. However guests either arrived or returned at about 3am and proceeded to put all the communal lights on and talked, laughed, swore very loudly downstairs for about an hour. The staff should have been proactive and more considerate. Breakfast was simple.

They welcomed us nicely at late night, and the room was larger than needed. We had to walk through the kitchen and garden to reach the room, that was right next door with the kitchen itself (so a bit noisy in the morning). Decent clean place to stay, yet nothing extraordinary or special. Good position, close to the bus station... More

The host was very nice and welcomed us late at night. We had a good breakfast in the morning in her little kitchen. The room is comfortable and nicely decorated as a chalet. The bed is very comfortable. It's a good place for a "transit" destination to other places in chile.

We travelled throughout Argentina and Chile as a couple in November 2015. This hotel is a short walking distance from the bus station and was warm and clean. They have a central office for booking tours for those who are interested (we were here only for 1 day). We were walking distance from restaurants and the main tourism-shopping stretch. The... More

This is a decent hotel. If you have alot of stuffs, this place does not have an elevator, so you are warmed. Our room is a bit dim but there is a charm to this place. The great thing about this is that it is a B&B. For the price it is not bad.

I stayed at this hotel one night at either end of my trip to Patagonia. It is more of a bnb than a hotel but that worked for me, it is in very good condition, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean with plenty hot water and breakfast is nice and filling (albeit with no eggs). The staff is... More

We stayed here before and after a trip to Torres del Paine. A good location that has you in walking distance to the Plaza de Armas and the " tourist area ". It is clean, hospitable and the staff is as helpful as anyplace I have stayed. We plan on returning to Patagonia in the future and will probably stay... More

The hotel Chalet Chapital is a small hotel located close to the main square of Punta Arenas. Rooms are quite big, well furnished and clean. There is satellite tv and wifi and very comfortable beds. The buffet breakfast is great due to its variety. I surely recommended it!
