Punta arenas by itself it's impressive, but the old-house hotel blowed or minds as soon as we saw it. Staff was friendly, rooms were big and cosy, and the breakfast was spectacular, even the ambient music was great! It really looked like a hotel taken from a fairytale. Congratulation!

We stayed here for two nights before going on the W trek in Torres del Paine. The view from our room was amazing. The bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was filling. We did have the power go out one night, but it didn't cause any issues.

We stayed here two different nights on our travels through Patagonia and had wonderful experiences both times. The hotel is about a 10-12 minute drive from the main square. If driving here from Torres del Paine, plan on entering the town by traveling along the waterfront- roads better. The hotel is up on a hill above a divided street and...

We enjoyed our 2 nights here in our room just to the left of the entrance. We had issues with an outfitter in Torres that put us behind 5 hours but it was fine - very nice for a small hotel! The room was beautiful and bathroom quite nice. It's very easy to walk anywhere in PA.

Hotel is very clean, very comfortable. All the staff was very hospitable. Breakfast was very nice, very plentiful. Location is an easy half-mile walk to markets, restaurants, money changers etc. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful, charming old building. Warm welcome at reception, including welcome drink. Room a bit small, but clean and very comfortable. Good shower and wifi. Breakfast was very good, lots of options and eggs cooked to order. Seemed a little out of the way when we first got there but was only 10-minute walk to bus station

My partner and I stayed here 2nights are visiting Torres Del Paine. The hotel is very central to the Bus Sur terminal and also main thoroughfare for restaurants and bars. The English speaking staff were very welcoming and permitted us early checkin plus a welcome beverage. Our room was very spacious with a nice size showroom. Tea/coffee are available all...

We were only one night in Punta Arenas, make it 2 if you can and choose hotel Lacolet. The reception is more than the average with on top of it a welcoming drink. The Pisco sour was excellent. Our room had a king size bed, very clean, soaps, nice linnen. The breakfast is outstanding: fresh fruit, fresh fruit juice, good...

We stayed here for one night before heading out to Torres del Paine. The hotel suited our needs perfectly. It is in a nice location, walking distance to downtown restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful despite a language barrier. Room was clean.

The hotel is a 80 year old mansion, located near the center of town. It has a very homely old-world feeling. Front-desk staff is very friendly. On arrival we were offered a complimentary drink and on our pillow we found a tasty chocolate. A very nice touch. All rooms are on the 2nd floor (no elevator). Rooms are relatively small...
