Room is clean but bed is too hard. Just a normal hotel. But one thing is good they have ferry to Hong Kong airport and price is cheap. Breakfast and lunch is a little expensive for Asia. I didn't find any staff who delivery the baggage for us..

At arrival, late evening, I was placed in the building A2 of the compound; bad, bad room..the day after I moved to the fifth floor of the hotel main building (where the reception is located) and got a much better one. Basic facilities, like a kettle and a small fridge, turned my life a little bit more comfortable. Mainly Chinese...

The hotel is in the Huawei area and mainly for people working with the company. The staffs are friendly, but not really helpful. The hotel room is functional and has every basics needed for a business trip. Many restaurants, which are good and inexpensive, and small shops near to the hotel.

Before comming I saw all the comments of the hotel , which were really negative...So i was surprised when i arrived and found a really nice room, clean, with everything i need. It is not a luxury hotel, but it is really ok. The wather heater is kind of funny, you need to switch it on half hour before you...

Reasonable considering it is in Bantian Shenzhen. The place does look like it was built in the 70's. But somehow everything worked including the air conditioning ... Very useful in summer. The service is correct and quite a few staff speak enough English to help you. Note that the location is extremely convenient for those going to Huawei training Center...

I stayed here for about two weeks and here is short review. Reception service, fine. Room cleanliness - pretty bad. Room smell and atmosphere - really bad. Humidity smell, cannot even open the window as they do not have mosquito barriers...😞 Bathroom is also bad, shower is not separated so after having had one the floor is wet and bathroom...

Good location from Huawei training center or other buildings, but not so close to the city. Anyway there are several restaurants in the surrounding area as well as some fast food franchises. Some buses from main entrance go to Batian metro station in case is needed.

Quite a few people have criticized the Yinghuayuan hotel, but I don't find it so bad, if you can deal with some shortcomings. There are many advantages - not only the proximity to the company campus, but also the on-site sports facilities, the breakfast (which is OK and inexpensive by Western standards), the supermarket, and the restaurants close by. Staff...

The hotel is primarily for employees and visitors to Huawei who are based here. It is comfortable, convenient and good value for money. The staff are very efficient and helpful. It isn't even a 3 star but it is basically clean and comfortable. If you're a Westerner, be sure to ask for a room overlooking the courtyard (can be noisy...
