Stayed in a 2-room suite at a special rate (due to inviting company) that was acceptable for Shenzhen. The rackrates are too high though for the quality starting at RMB 900 per night. The suite was quite spacious, with a balcony and everything you would expect from a business 4-star hotel except for an iron and although clean had visible...

Good hotel for business, after all it is a convention centre. Not for luxury, ample amenities but great services for anything on the business side. They catered a menu for our banquet and we had a great night in one of the beautiful ballrooms.

I have stayed here many times over the years in service apartments, regular rooms and suites - and they were actually quite well. Especially the junior suites, the apartments are oooold but clean. Be prepared to wait for the elevator and check in / out as there are many guests and the language can be a challenge. Value for money...

I have stayed in this hotel 6 times since early 2015, there is nothing great about the hotel except that it is located within walking distance of Sea World. During my last two visits I had smokers near my room (this is a non-smoking hotel), when I complained they asked me if I wanted to change rooms! That lasted 2...

On arrival I was upgraded from a King Deluxe to a suite which gave me a lot more space, sadly, the décor and fittings were tired at best and in need of an upgrade themselves. However, all staff from the front desk, concierge and housekeeping were very helpful, polite and welcoming. A two minute walk from Sea World in a...

I've been staying at the hotel on and off for work over the course of this year and have waited to write this review just in case the hotel was on the improvement. In short it isn't. The La Flora Cafe supposedly serves a Western Breakfast but the majority of the food is over soaked in oil and not very...

It's a good hotel, in a good location. It's near metro station, restaurants, The Sea World park, that's very good if you are traveling with children. The staff is nice, although it may be very hard to communicate to them, because just a few people speak English. But they really try to understand you and make you have a good...

Hotel is stating to show its age. Rooms just seem a little old and worn out Very poor wifi, no good if you want to stay connected with loved ones let alone work! Staff ignore "do not disturb" signs and you will be constantly interrupted. Much better hotels nearby.

I would not consider this a business friendly hotel. I stayed in the B building which is not the main building. The wired network connection in the room was horribly slow and there is no WiFi at all in the B building, not even in the lobby. When I checked in they put me in a more expensive room even...

Stayed at this hotel in 2007 and again Oct 2013. No much had changed. Good service, decent breakfast, rooms decent size and clean though now showing some signs of age. Air con a bit temperamental. We booked a rooms in Building B which has the better rooms, though the first room offered was at the rear of the hotel and...
