This hotel already old, and we cannot expected more services in English. Most of the staffs can speak very little English. The room is average. As many Hotel in China, they provided good breakfast with many choices of food.

Interesting star rating system is so different in China. This is rated a 4 star hotel. The hotel is ok. Lobby looked grand. It is a bit old and has a old and molely smell. Location is pretty good since around the hotel are restaurants and transportations. Price is reasonable. I was there on business. One or two night ok....

If you are not Chinese this hotel is a little tough, one or two of the reception team speak a little English but that is it. The hotel is OK and really that is it, the breakfast and everything else is OK. No bar but that isn't a big deal in this type of budget type hotel. Was on a...

The location is easily the best thing about this hotel, with lots of things to see and do nearby (no sign of a harbour view though!). Staff are friendly but speak almost no English; the best I got was a conversation with a patient lady on reception who asked me to write words on a piece of paper and painstakingly...

Well in budget Hotel, Rooms are ok and well kept. Biggest issue out here is that seldom anyone speaks English and Hardly any English Channels on the Television. A hotel with such beautiful entrance and wonderful lobby, sure deserves staff to speak English. Food was ok but not a good choice for a Vegetarian from India. I would love to...

Price was reasonable and room was clean. Noise is a factor since my room was close to the fitness room and I could hear equipment clanging until midnight most nights. I just turned the air on and white noise eliminated problem. Morning breakfast buffet in the Cafe was reasonably priced and good mix of Chinese and western fair. Only big...

Hotel is like average European chain hotels of middle price segment. So, would compare it with Scandic, Hollyday INN or economy type Radisson. One problem is noise from outside. But I believe you cannot hide from noise in Chinese big city anyway. Biggest issue is that almost nobody speaks English. I arrived and called to room service to ask for...

On the face of it the hotel looked pretty good however after having stayed here a few days you start to realise just how dated the hotel has become, not really making it reach 4 star expectations. Its very much a Chinese hotel with only a few western guests staying and as a result most of the staff have little...
