What I know only relates to the spa, and your first question. There is a single fee to enter one "wing" of the spa. They have several wings, so if you want to go to multiple wings the cost goes up. One was plenty for us, there were probably 15 pools in a single wing. Also, there was no food for purchase at the spa (although the resort wrote to me saying that they were changing that, not sure the timing of implementing food services on site for the spa). Hope that helps, you are sure to have a good time if you go!
