Stayed for two nights. Check-in staff mentioned they were no longer under the Accor group, so booking through their website would be ignored. Room was basically equipped with some amenities and ventilation. Breakfast was included (1 person per room) though not many choices were available with some hot food. Within walking distance (5 minutes) from Sophia Church and Zhongyang Dajie... More

Booked this last minute for one night before heading back. If you have stayed in Ibis before, you will not be disappointed with it. The room layout is the same, small and the small shower and toilet comes with good shampoo and body soap. The most important thing it is clean and cheap. Locationwise is good and only a few... More

The greatest thing this hotel has to offer it is its location (besides the low room rates). It is very close to Zhongayang street, St. Sophia Cathedral, and not far from the ferry terminal to Sun Island, the Chinese baroque street and the airport shuttle bus station. The room is simple; its bathroom is like a very small capsule. The... More

I have stayed in various Ibis hotels around the world but found this hotel extremely terrible. No air conditioning at night (turned off centrally according to receptionist) means you have to open the window, which means mosquitoes come in and you will be disturbed by the noise from cars for the whole night. Also, there are no instructions for foreigners... More

We stayed in Harbin just for one night. The hotel's room did match its description and the pictures on the travel websites. Clean, modern and provide the decent facilities. Receptionists' English was limited but they tried to do their best to be helpful. The breakfast was good but of course made in Chinese style. Location is great. Sofia church, shopping... More

My son and I stayed for one night to do a day trip of Harbin. We had a bad experience travelling to the Hotel from Harbin Airport, as the taxi driver held our bags "hostage" and demanded double the fare, although we were already being overcharged. We arrived at 11pm and did not have enough yuan to cover our room... More

I would regard this as a budget hotel, although it wasn't actually that cheap when I booked it. The location is really close to the Central streets, so it's within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The heating is greatly appreciated, but at times it felt a bit stuffy and poorly ventilated. The TV signal and channels were...... More

The location is phenomenal and is very close to Sancta Sophia and the main street. , If you book early, you’ll get an incredible price. But, the hotel knows this, and doesn’t work hard for any business. They trade off the IBIS name and don’t do anything to raise its profile. The staff are unhelpful, although do speak English when... Had a short stay in Harbin. Ibis is quite impressive. Very near to St Sophia church, abt 5 min walk. 20 to 30 min walk to Central Street and Song Hua river. Room is comfy and well equipped. Will stay again
