Eurostyle hotel with very friendly staff. Nice sized rooms and relatively close to shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was good with western and Asian options. The place also has really exceptional rooms for meetings and conferences.

I was here on business for 17 nights. I was totally happy with the standard of accommodation, the food, and the facilities. The concierge desk staff in particular helped enormously with getting me a taxi every morning and telling the driver in Chinese where i wanted to go. Many of the staff were able to speak some English, and if... More

+: Quiet place, good staff, good food, rooms for negotiations and meetings -: not all staff knows englsh fluently (failed to print and soft-stich a presentation), bar open only till midnight, not a good place to go outside and walk in the evening.

On the outside you'll never guess what await you inside... I'm traveling alot and all over the world - Royal Grace Hotel is one of the best I've visited. Where do I start? Reception: Marble, rustical furniture, discrete smell of the rose in the air. What a wellcome. Pitty, that the stuff doesen't speak english very well, so there were... More

Faultless. Looks can be deceiving going by roadside exterior. Interior is beautifully appointed and service staff exceptional. Highly recommended the the Chinese food over the Western. Professional chefs at work here. The breakfast was substantial with plentiful choice. A buffet of both East and West. If you get the chance try the massage just off site.

My towels were still in my room. Housekeeping neglected to collect the used ones that I put in the used towel bin. I asked him, how could you make that determination when they are in my room? After 2 phone calls, where he hung up on me, I went down to the front desk. He claimed I stained a towel,... More

Just stayed here one night on a business trip. The hotel is very nice, lots of wood, they are going for upscale English hotel look and it comes off pretty well. Checkin was a little complicated but not the fault of the hotel. Our customer arranged the rooms but never passed along the names in our team. After a quick... More

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights as part of a 2-week business trip. The previous two hotels I had stayed at in other cities were only so-so, with dubious internet so it was a relief to be staying at a hotel with superb internet (wireless routers in each room) which was important to me given it was a... This hotel have clean room and good buffet. He is realy fare from downtown. The major issue is the noise. If you have a room from road side forgot to sleep, windows insulation is not here. You will ear horn all along the night. I try to change the room, but did not succed.

This was a really nice hotel, but too bad about the location! We had some difficulties locating the hotel, due to arriving in nighttime and the taxi driver. Upon arrival we found out that the location would not work for us so we just stayed here one night. The hotel is far away from the city centre so taxis are... More
