This hotel is conveniently right opposite the Qingdau Railway Station. The building is quite impressive and the rooms good. I did not eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food but I feel that the place is let down by bad management. The room balcony was very dirty and the railing covered in dirt and dust. It had...

Firstly, I am a mid 20's guy who has stayed in some pretty average hotels around the world and think I have a pretty good view on poor cleanliness standards. I am not an older person that is chasing a 5 star hotel with the highest standards.. I would not recommend anybody stay at this hotel, it is in complete...

I know... I know... for English people French are aliens on hearth... So what I might say about this hotel could be seen as extraterrestrial opinion ..hehehe... I arrived in Qingdao in the autumn national vacations first of October this year 2013, as I booked to late my hotel I did found myself in a very bad one lost somewhere...

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights as a couple in September 2013. Overall, we were very disappointed with the hotel after reading some good reviews on TripAdvisor. The location was reasonable, near the 'beach' and train station, and a lot of nearby food streets. Seemingly not a lot of 'sights' as such nearby. The front desk staff were...

This Hotel is right next to the main train station. Ideal if you want to visit Qingdao as all the ex german sights are in this area. Rooms are big and have very nice views over the city. For the best pizza in town (or possibly in China) head to the Taverna Verde (20 min by bus).

I found some good reviews of this hotel, I expected a lot, but, my first impression of this hotel was terrible. When I arrived at the hotel, outside of the lobby was under construction, and the lobby was too small. However, building itself was good and room was spacious. Breakfast was not that good. Even though main restaurant on 3rd...

I don’t know where to start with this hotel, so I will just say what comes to my mind first: We took the airport bus, #702 to Qingdao station (about 40 minutes and 20rmb each). Upon arriving at the station, where the driver of the bus decides that the middle of the road would be a suitable place to stop...

This hotel has pretensions to a higher rating than it deserves. The A/C does not work in the public areas making the lobby hot in the summer. I broke out in a sweat every time I had to go through there. The breakfast was honestly awful, one of the worst I have experienced in China. The atrium, where breakfast is...

the hotel is a good 4 star hotel. A nice location very closed to a beach of Qingdao and the old train station. The rooms are quite big. The staff is freindly and helpful. You need a bit of Chinese as the English is not so good. The price is amazinmg. I had a 55 square meter double room with...

The hotel is average. Rooms and facilities are average. Breakfast is nothing to rave on about. However, our room has an excellent sea view. The only good thing is the hotel is very close to the train station, which is very convenient, but far from the airport.

“We were originally assigned to a room on the 8th floor, but we requested a higher floor, hoping for a better view. Success. The views from the 19th were impressive. Tip #2: Pizza Hut is just across the street. Try the popcorn chicken pizza and don't look back.”
