I stayed one night at this hotel from 1-2 May 2016 and had a terrible experience based on the following: 1. Staff was not helpful at all. I have been in Chengdu for a couple of days and realised that it was cheaper to travel via Uber/DD instead of taxis (save up to 60-70%). However, a local registered number is... More

To summarise: Accommodations: Basic and clean and comfortable Housekeeping friendly and nice Soundproofing not very good. A lot of reverb noises from people (esp kids) in the corridors. Quite some bed bumping noises through the night from some *intimate activity* in the room next door. Service: Morning manager and team pleasant and helpful to deal with. Night shift girls, especially... More

There is very convenient place in Wenshufang. It has a lot of restaurant and local market and local cafe for drinking Chinese tea. It has very clean rooms and we have comfortable stay every day. Speaking English staff is a few. But they use their mobile for translation and friendly attitude. This hotel is very reasonable price and very... More

Nice basic hotel, which ticks the boxes in its class. Friendly helpful staff with some English spoken. Good location near Wenshuyan Monastery and the subway system, which was easy to navigate with ticket machines and signs in English, and reasonably priced. Real bonus considering the Chengdu traffic.

Jinjiang Inns are a very reliable chain of hotels in China. From my experience, you get a basic room that is very clean and has all of the basic services. They are usually conveniently located to public transportation and this one was no exception. It is very close to a subway station and it is a very short taxi ride... More

Unlike the other reviews. We have to correct a few things: 1. The Wifi didn't work 2. The staff was really unhelpful with everything! I had was sick and at worse i had a 39,5 degrees celsius fever and I couldn't move. So when my girlfriend tried to ask their help to get to a hospital like contact them or... More

Don't come here looking for fluffy robes and room service: the rooms here are quite spartan (vinyl flooring, utilitarian laminate furniture, like Ikea but more basic). But there are important plus points: it's super-clean (furniture, sheets, bathroom), the rooms have a kettle, a TV, aircon and wi-fi, it's relatively quiet, the place did not smell of smoke, the beds are... a typical budget hotel under the nationwide hotel chain in China. Less than RMB200 per night for a King-size bed room. The hotel room is clean. Nice hotel staff. The hotel seems to be well-organized. 5 minutes walk distance from the subway station. Some fast food and Chinese restaurants nearby. Breakfast buffet is cheap, around RMB20 only. Limited food choice... More

Stayed here for 4 nights in April. Nice clean room on a no-smoking floor No frill set up reminded me of the newer hostels in Europe - comfortable beds but no wardrobes, just hooks and hangers. Guests should be aware that only a kettle and paper cups were supplied (with tea bags) which I find it environmental unfriendly compared with... More
