we were traveling with OAT group and was at this hotel for 2 nights. the room was clean, and provided us with our needs while here. Our day was at the Panda Sanctuary so did not need the room for other than sleeping.

Location of the hotel is actually pretty good - only 50 metres up a side street and an easy walk to 2 supermarkets and a major department store. We were here as part of a group tour and were assigned room 502. This was fairly close to the lifts and there were conference rooms on the same floor where people...

We are staying at this hotel now, and I totally disagree with the poor reviews. The room is perfectly clean and fine. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and they have gone out of their way to look after us - even providing an English breakfast especially for us. It is in a good location in walking distance to...

Our main criteria for a hotel, even in a "developing" country, is cleanliness and this hotel failed the test - badly. We really did not find much to like about this hotel. The location was only so so, the food was mediocre and the room was dirty. We let the tour company (OAT) know that this was a poor choice...

After reading the reviews beforehand of this hotel I was dreading our 3 night stay here. The rooms weren't as bad as I expected, we even had a digital toilet that had a remote control! We had a great view & the tv channels were good. But the shower curtain stank of urine, they neglected to replace our toilet roll...

Having read previous reviews of this hotel we were not looking forward to our overnight stay. However it was perfectly adequate and we disagree that the rooms were dirty - they were a bit "tired" but not dirty. Breakfast was not as good as in other hotels in as much as the western food was rather limited, but it was...

We stayed for a night as part of an organised tour. The hotel is a modern 9-storey block situated on a side street, just off the city centre. We had been led to believe that of all the accommodation on our itinerary this would be the least westernised. Consequently our expectations were low, but we were pleasantly surprised. In reality...

This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in, lucky it was only for a one night stay. Curtains failing off the track. Three out of four bath towels with hole and rips. Dirty brown strip along the wall. Looks like a .... stain. Window wouldn't close properly. Fridge didn't go and stunk. and the list just goes on...

We stayed one night here as part of a package tour group. The hotel has the usual facilities expected of a mid-range property: nothing fantastic, but certainly quite acceptable (although towels were a bit shabby). Free wifi in the lobby was appreciated. Breakfast was mainly geared to Asian tastes, but a number of Western dishes were available for the benefit...

Badly lit rooms and passages, no airconditioning. Rooms are not very clean, carpets in the foyer and rooms are extremely dirty. The service at breakfast was poor. None of the staff during my stay could understand English.
