Clean, bright, well appointed rooms, but we agree with another reviewer, the bed was really hard. The best thing about this place is the wonderful innkeeper. She arranged for a car and driver to take us to the Silvia Market on Tuesday morning at 5:30 AM. And she woke up and made coffee for us before we left! She really...

Great place to stay with a wonderful owner and lovely staff. For a few bucks they had a driver pick me up at the airport at 1am and had a sweet room waiting for me when I arrived. Ask for one of the balcony rooms that overlooks the little pool in the back. The breakfast was nice, coffee good, and...

This was part of a trip thru a number of cities all over Colombia to determine if I want to move and live there. The neighborhood was in better part of City of Cali. Quite distant from old historical part of town. Need to take taxi to get anywhere although I walked all over neighborhoods in area and so no...

Stayed there for 3 nights in March 14 and I only have a single thing to critisize: the beds are really hard. Otherwise Alejandra (English-speaking manager) and her staff are caring, attentive and helpful, which is - unfortunately - not the standard in Colombia. The 5 or 6 rooms aren't that big but clean, bright and totally sufficent for that...

A nice place for staying bit here. Expensive for backpackers. Good service by the woman in the Hotel good breakfast. But the guy in the hotel wasn't that helpful for us. They can have some maps or they can tell where to go where to not. But taxi from bus station 13.000COP. The beds are hard but big and clean!...

Dear Yusuf, thank you for your comments. I am sorry to hear you did not get the help you were looking for at the front desk. Maps are tough to find in Cali...this is something we have to work for because it is very important. This information definitely helps us improve our service. Once again thank you for choosing Jardin...

We had a wonderful stay at the Jardin Azul: Alejandra the terrific and fluent English-speaking manager, and her team, are so welcoming and put up with all kinds of requests, including a room change, with great humour. We asked for a change so could have a balcony - bit more expensive but worth it if you're staying for more than...

Excellent, a lovely garden with small pool. If we were not moving off quite early, it would have been lovely to sit out there. A huge room, spotlessly clean. The staff were excellent, very helpful with information regards eating and conversations about the country.A pleasant area of Cali, with local restaurants easy to reach.

I really enjoyed my couple day stay at Jardin Azul when we arrived in Cali. The staff was very accommodating as our arrival from the airport was late. The gardens and pool area was beautiful. I could have spent my whole vacation here!!! Just wish there was coffee in the room, as I was up very early and would have...

We loved our stay here. The rooms are clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The neighborhood is very quiet and the garden makes the place serene. The hospitality was wonderful. A fridge stocked with drinks (including kombucha), the pool, breakfast with french press coffee, information about the city, and an overall chill vibe are a few of the reasons we can't...

I stayed here a couple nights after my tour for the World Games. They didn't elevate their prices during the games, and they had lovely, quaint and personal service. We arrived early and they accommodated our bags while we went out. The owner checked us in, but didn't seem to speak any English. The other two people working there at...
