Good situation in the barrio de San Antonio, colonial, close to good restaurants. ATENTION: No elevator, I had to go upstairs to the 3rd floor. Really poor breakfast. Room was ok, with a couple of "colombian touchs" (toilet lids) but as usuall if reserved by Booking you get the worst room (that was improved after my complain). Relationship quality/price poor...

I stayed here while travelling with Tucan travel and so far it has been the best hotel of our trip. The location is great, a really pleasant street with a few restaurants beside it. The rooms are spacious and clean, toiletries in the bathroom which was a plus but even more of a plus was the fact that there were...

I stayed here two times for a few weeks. The staff is very nice and helpful. Always up for a little chat. It helps if you speak Spanish. A few staff members speaks some English. There is a busy street in front of the hotel. Some rooms are quieter than others. I got used to it after some days. The...

I chose this hotel because it was close to family who lives in Cali and I couldn't have been happier. The hotel was relatively modern, very clean, the staff was friendly and the location was excellent for my group. I don't speak Spanish well and most of the staff didn't have much English, so that was a bit of a...

All the staff were great and we took a particular shine to Gary! Breakfast was nice and the rooms were spotless. Most importantly they went the...

Very nice hotel. For the price it is awesome. If you want a place like the Dann or the Intercontinental (which it is at walking distance from this hotel) with a more personal touch for half the price look no further. The restaurant and the food is excellent. However it is loud. You can hear the traffic from the rooms....

My friend and I stayed in room 206. We landed Christmas Day and stayed for some Feria de Cali festivities, and big name Latin concerts. The room was spacious and the bathroom had a nice rain shower fixture. The Good: *The room has a safe in the closet, but you need the staff to open it with a key to...

Great location (San Antonio, Peñon, not far from the centre and downtown). Smiling and helpful staff. Good breakfast (though the breakfast area could be smartened up). Clean. Very reasonably priced. Have stayed here pretty much every time I'm in Cali.

Great location, great room, great bed, great breakfast, great service, all for a very reasonable price. It's close to a main road so some rooms can be noisy (and dine rooms have only very small windows). The breakfast room is a bit dark but you can't have everything.
