Absolutely gorgeous, clean and peaceful place! The staff here are very kind and helpful! I would have booked more nights here, but they were all booked up unfortunately. The rooms are spectacular, fast wifi and there is actually good pressure in the shower and hot water.

Location of the hotel is great! Room leaves a bit to desire. The shower tub is leaking and make the hole bathroom wet. Bed sleeps very well and fan and air conditioning are functioning well. No windows in the room, which I really don’t like! Breakfast is good!

At the begining, we became not the correct room, after 30 minutes came the receptionist and took us to the other room wich was without window, and that was near the reception and entrance... The room was also very stuffy and stink. When we told our problem for the receptionist,

We did it thru Hotels com, their phone # is 575-660-0160. Think I followed the link on TA and it gave us the prices and allowed us to book.

How do you get from the airport to this hotel?
By taxi. As I remember, the official taxi rate was high - but we stopped a taxi and paid less. I can't remember the exact cost but it was not great, I enjoy bargaining, but keep in mind that I have much more Money than the driver. So, I always give generous tips. The taxis are ubiquitous in Cartagena.

"Ask for second floor with balcony"
"The upper rooms have balconies while the ground floor rooms seem to have only a window onto the courtyard so may be quite dark."
"Avoid ground floor rooms close to the reception/patio. People with severe vertigo might not want a top floor room (although it's 100% safe)."
"be wary of single rooms, they are windowless."
"Get a room with balcony"
