The hotel and facilities were fine but when asking for information about boats and departure times to Islas del Rosario we received false information from the girl at the reception. The lady said we were too late to catch any of the boats to isla grande from the boat warf across the convention centre (at 8.30 in the morning). She...

The hostal seemed nice and it was a quiet cheap one for Getsemani. The kitchen is well equipped and the stuff is nice but it is terrible noise because of the bar/club under it. Unfortunatelly, outside of our window (i think it was room 18, but not quiet sure anymore) there was the noise cooling ystem. So we were double...

The price is okay for what you get, only the bathrooms are very very tiny and sometimes food gets missing from the fridge. The staff though was really friendly and helpful. Sometimes at night it would get a little bit noisy because it's located close to a disco.

We were staying there for one night and that was enough. The rooms haven't been renovated for a long time and look untidy. Only a very small common area available, as well as a small kitchen. Just stay there over one night or so, when you are not planning to hang out in the hostal itself.

This is a clean but a bit noisy hostel. The rooms are not totally closed as you can hear the people in the alleys. Staff is friendly and there is a little balcony for breakfast as well as free coffee. It is well located in getsemani close to a lot of restaurants (we recommend il balconi)

A friend and I arrived there with our bikes and it was the only with some rooms available and pretty cheap on the area. It is basic but if you are coming to Cartagena you will come to the hostel just to sleep. Then it is worthy.

A group of friends and I spent a long time looking at hotels and hostels when we arrived in Cartagena. There was 4 of us in total and all on a budget. We came across this hotel and decided to give it a go. We got a private room which contained 2 bunk beds and a double bed which came...

We stayed at Media Luna in a room without air-con and it was just too miserable. We went next door to Hotel La Española and got a private room with air-con and ensuite bathroom for the SAME PRICE. The room had a huge locker, double bed, table, and small sofa. The drain in the shower didn't work that well. The...

Although the staff was nice, the room was horrible. Barely furnished with broken, old furniture, a hard cheap bed, no toilet seat, and a shower that dribbles next to sink about to fall off the wall. The air conditioner stopped working at night, but was replaced by loud electronic disco music from the bar next door. Did not sleep! Left...
