Located within the magical walled city. The hotel can help book beach and city tours. The breakfast is limited but satisfactory. The staff have a great attitude and are very helpful and courteous. The only downfall is that the AC is left off when you leave your room so when you return you will arrive to a humid hot room....

We stayed 3 nights at Casa La Fe. Great value. Terrific service. The staff is super helpful. Loved having a balcony to look out at every evening. Lots of places to eat nearby. Right next door restaurant with fixed menu prices that were reasonable in otherwise expensive old city. Pool on roof is small but very charming and great to...

We arrived in the morning at Casa La fe and lounged for a while near the swimming pool on the rooftop to the greatest delight of Paloma ( 6yo ), Aristide ( 4yo ) and Esmeralda ( 6 months old ). Travelling with the tribe is never that easy but everybody at casa La Fe helped us make it smooth....

Excellent location, clean, inviting, and good value. A European style small place. Rooms are rather small and the fan/AC can be a bit noisey, but I found the rooms cozy, comfortable, and inviting. Lovely courtyard where breakfast is served. Plus a picturesque rooftop mini (underscore "mini") pool with a few lounge chairs (it's underused, so chairs should be available). Breakfast...

The location in the old part of town is good and easily found by taxi drivers. The hotel itself is in a nice colonial building with a neat patio where breakfast is being served. The rooms are okay and well equipped with ceiling fan and A/C. The bathrooms are TINY. Breakfast is a bit simple with no fresh fruit. Same...

In general, we found Cartagena to be a little over-rated, but our stay at Casa La Fe was very much as advertised. The room was spacious and clean. The fan and AC worked well. The "sit out" balcony we paid extra for was narrow and the trees from the plaza are overgrown, so there is no real view, nor much...

Visited Cartagena Colombia with a group of my friends and we all booked rooms in this hotel online prior to our visit. They sent a courteous email a couple days before our trip as a reminder for our hotel stay. Pro's: 1. Affordable 2. Location is really good, with good local shopping in the area. 3. Pictures posted on the...

Activating the boost button on the a/c hand control will lower room temperature to an acceptable level in less than 10 mins. Denying unregistered (casual) persons access to hotel rooms is fundamental to hotel security.

Great location inside walled city, staff very friendly, our room, 304 was good, but 102 was a bit musty smelling, altho Dad & daughter couldnt smell it, I think due to no windows. Breakfast area charming. Nice place. Slept well :)

The Casa La Fe staff were excellent, especially Freddy could not do enough for us and recommended great restaurants. Vladimir and Angelique were also very kind to us. Cartagena is such a magical place but june has very high humidity would go back when it gets down to 65%. Great restaurants food is high quality but it is not a...

Their customer service and location were awesome. They served breakfast daily that was delicious with fresh squeezed juice. We arrived early to the hotel and they accommodated us until our room was available.
