Good location, moments from the old town, nice atmosphere within the hotel (nicely renovated old building) rooms v small & internal windows open to courtyard and external stairways so can be noisy (EXTREMELY NOISEY WHEN THERES A PARTY ON THE ROOF OR IN THE SQUARE JUST OUTSIDE!!!) staff were lovely enough but no one seems to be in charge &...

We booked in this hotel hoping to have an amazing 4 days in Cartagena before to go to Barranquilla. The hotel is beautiful, colonial style and the staff was sweet, warm smiles & helpful. Love the breakfast, delicious colombian style. The hotel serve the breakfast in a the middle of an inside garden surrounded with green tropical palm plants. The...

We spent 6 nights in this hotel at the 4th floor. It is an old hotel. The location is good if you want to stay in the old city. Our rooms were small and clumsy. The windows are wooden windows and not noise proof. Service is poor but the staff are very nice. The terrace at the top is one...

We had to change the room 2 times. The first time the balcony door could not be locked. The second room had a small leak at the base of the toilet bowl! All through this, the lady at the reception was very helpful. This is a very basic hotel. Location is about 5 minutes walk from the clock tower. There is...

I was kinda afraid because it is located in getsemani but it couldn't be in a better place. In a 2 minute walk you are at old town and in a 7 minute walk you are ready to board to Isla del Rosario. Small but refreshing pool. Lovely rooftop. Very good breakfast. Nice Staff. Shower with hot water, something hard...

This hotel was a nice surprise. More of a business hotel, than a hotel to spend your vacation in. Basic needs covered, no luxury, but in an excellent manner. Beds are comfortable, hot water instantly available, air conditioned working (a bit old though) breakfast complete (although more options wouldn't hurt) friendly service, great location in front of the convention center,...

Once you get out of the dull, older lobby, a pleasant surprise awaits! Beautifully decorated rooms, comfortable bed, spectacular view from front room (not noisy at all!) of Old Cartagena. Superb location and an ample fresh breakfast in a lovely courtyard is a big plus! The amazing roof plunge pool, bar and lounge chairs provides a quiet, relaxing place to...

Check-in would have been comical if I hadn't been so irritated that it took both the new bellboy and the desk clerk more than 30 minutes to get the key card to open our room. Then, the first time we left our room, we couldn't get it opened either. The resolution that first night was to give us the hotel's...

A small, older hotel located in walking distance from old Cartagena. What made the hotel exceptional were the location and the staff, who could not be more helpful - with directions, room changes, wake-up calls. One other real plus is that breakfast is served in a beautiful courtyard. There also is a bar open Thursday through Saturday nights on the...

The hotel is located about an easy 5 minute walk from Cartagena's city walls and the great sights, restaurants, etc inside. Our room was at the rear of the hotel so we weren't affected by traffic noise, so be aware the rooms at the front overlooking the main road could be noisy. The room was comfortable and clean with a...
