This hotel looks better in the photographs than reality, but it was an okay hotel. It's location was good inside the walled city, and had I turned left out of the front door and walked 30 m I would have found a fantastic seafood restaurant, which I didn't find until my last day and it was too late to dine...

If you come to Cartagena, you should definitely stay inside the walled city and this place makes it possible! The staff were friendly, the room was clean, though a bit small, it was like the rest of the hotel - beautiful and historic. The dipping pool was a bonus, as it is very steamy-hot here. Overall, we had a great...

Absolutely perfect location, very hospitable and attentive staff(Flor at front desk went above and beyond), good breakfast. Layout and decor was reflective of the historic area and culture. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a ceiling fan, self controlled AC and a small porch that overlooked the street. Only comments are for slight improvements that would have made this...

The hotel, a 200-year-old former family home, has a great location near the Plaza de Santiago and down the street from Plaza Fernandez de Madrid. Great eating nearby. The hotel staff were all extremely helpful when we were stranded by the recent snowstorm on the East Coast of the US. They helped us contact airlines, found us a room for...

We stayed her for 1 night at the beginning of a 10 day trip and it was one of the best places we stayed. Super safe and centralized location with the walled city. Best breakfast of the trip! It also looks like they are going to be adding more rooms? The rooms are small, but you spend most of your...

The room was very good, facing the backyards and the swimming pool, having little or zero noise. The hotel is a old house, all restored. It has very good materials, AC and good bed. The room was big and with lot's of space. The only thing that is not that amazing was the breakfast, but for the price of the...

If you want to stay within the walled city (which I will strongly recommend), this little hotel is a great option, simple but in great shape, the staff is fantastic warm and super helpful. Homemade breakfast is included with the rate and is delicious. I was very lucky and due to a maintenance issue before my arrival I was upgraded...

I have stayed here on a number of ocassions. I love this little hotel close to Santa Clara. The suite with a Balcony is well worth the extra spend. Breakfast is basic but efficient and they will make Arepa de Huevo on request. Really good location. The only thing that I haven't found great has been their cancellation policy. After...

I was really happy with this hotel. For the price, I'm pretty satisfied. Location is perfect, right in the old town. You can literally walk everywhere in that area. So many great restaurants in that area for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast at this hotel is really good too (simple but good). The staff s friendly for the most part....

The hotel was cute and conveniently located in the old town and only 1 block from a beautiful Argentine restaurant. This sinks in all the bathrooms are beautiful. The air conditioning worked well. The breakfast was made to order, so you have to wait just a little bit. The only problems were 1) to get in the hotel you have...
