This is a hidden gem in Medellin! For the cost conscientious traveler it makes your travel experience complete. The staff of The Hotel Plaza Granada are what make your stay an enjoyable experience! All members of the staff were extremely accomodating and genuinely concerned with our level of comfort. I was traveling with my Elderly Mother and she was extremely...

Rooms are very small, only have 4 ceiling Spot lights you feel like your in a tanning bed. One window that has non- see thru film on it. Got in at 6:00 PM and the restaurant was closed. So they offered me a glass of OJ for my dinner. Its located in a residential area , so theres, no walking...

I cant say enough good things about my experience here. First and foremost the staff is on point. From the front desk to the housekeeping, all staff were friendly and accommodating. David who works at the front desk had my back! He is full bilingual and was always on hand to make sure that anything I needed was taken care...

In the process of upgrading the restaurant(remodel looking good), little glitch of no hair dryer in the room(accommodated by access to another), this is a great place to be near it all, get impeccable service at the most affordable price in one of the most desirable parts of incredible Medellin!!! Be ready to get some exercise if you are a...

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The room was ok, not very big, but comfortable with a beautiful view to the city. We arranged the service to be picked up at the airport and nobody was there. Also, the charge more money for the transport than a regular taxi. But, taxi drivers do not seem to know this...

We stayed at the Plaza Granada based on reviews, but I'm still trying to understand how this place gets 4 stars from guests. There is no way this hotel deserves such a high rating. The place itself is not centrally located. It is about a half hour walk to the metro, but it is in a safe and lovely neighborhood....

Very friendly staff and decent location but that is the only thing positive about this hotel. There was no way to create a darkroom so prepare to wake as the sun rises. We asked and complained they were friendly but could not change it. We tried some breakfast but the quality of the food was no good. The internet was...

Last week we stayed 7 nights at the Plaza Granada Hotel. We enjoyed Medellin a lot! The hotel was fine, clean rooms and good service. Breakfast was included; we could choose from 3 different options every day. Local; with rice, egg, sausage and bread with cheese. American; scrummbled eggs, bread, croissant and a cinnamon bread. Or healthy; yoghurt with granola...

The hotel was located a good walking distance from grocery stores and restaurant (not too far and not too near, except for Don Carbon restaurant which is at approx. 5 mins walking distance). The view from our room was not the best at first sight, but if we ignored the remodeling of the house right below our room the city...
