Average service not very well located even if you have a metro station at 10min distance. The neighborhood has really nothing special and it is not central. Some rooms have NO windows! Be sure to check the room before. Breakfast bad

I stayed at the hotel one night. The room was very comfortable even though it was quite small. The service was not good enough, first when we checked-in they didn't give us the remote control for the air conditioner and neither for the TV. We were hitting ourselves. For the breakfast, they only offered one kind of natural juice even... More

Very disappointing! It was rated 4 stars. I think it should be 2 (at least it was clean). I got one of the many inside rooms meaning no window to outside, just one to a noisy stairwell. I had to make the bed with a sheet and blanket from a plastic bag (saying they were sanitizer). Tiny room, no coffee... More

I was visiting Medellin for the World Urban Forum in April 2014, and consider myself very lucky to have found this hotel. I would heartily recommend it for couples, friends and solo travellers. Most business travellers may be put off by the lack of desk. Location: In Medellin, most accommodation geared towards the international crowd is located in Poblado -... More

My first visit to the geographically fascinating and innovative makeover of the city of Medellin. At a time when a large global conference was taking place, the HSDE was one of the few hotels with remaining available rooms. I had a single room which whilst small, suited purpose once the concept of not having a wardrobe or electric kettle or... More
