This hotel is very nice and has great service. The front desk staff is always ready to help. The rooms were nice, a bit small but well equipped with mini bar refrigerator and snacks. Also very clean. It does have a spa and offers massages and facials at a reasonable price. The price of the room was a bit high....

Our group of five ordered three different types of dishes, three punta de anca each of which was different and each bad. All had little taste, two tasted somewhat spoiled. The french fries that accompanied the dish were under cooked and also without taste. The fish was burned outside. The langostinos were heavily breaded but poorly fried and tasted of...

We stayed two nights at the Hotel Porton in Medellin. The service was amazing. The front desk was super helpful and helped us plan our trip in Medellin. The buffet breakast was delicious and had a large variety. We could choose from many fruits types of eggs, meat and pastries. Sunday we came down at 11 missing breakfast and they...

The hotel is located right across from a really nice mall. We had dinner at the mall almost everynight, as there is a wide variety of good food to choose from. We stayed seven nights. The breakfast buffet at the hotel is good. They have an omelette station, bread, cheeses, fruit, and fresh juices, etc. The only thing is that...

Make sure you visit the mall cross the street great hopping and nice prices. Tip: ask for a room face back for a nice...

I gave it a one star for two reasons: (1) The robbery that the bellboy, front desk clerk, and the taxi driver orchestrated and (2) The poor responses I got from the management after complaining to the General Manager's assistant. Other than those two causes you stay here at your own risk. I stayed here instead of an American or...

What to say? First, the location is quite good since its at the end of the Milla del Oro. However, taking a Cab is a bit harsh, since the access is a bit subtle (too many turns and directions to take). Its average by my standards. I remember having a couple of issues with Wifi signal on my room, and...

Let's start saying that this hotel is generally speaking good and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Anyway it is a bit outdated and with little work it could just be great. Positive points: Friendly and accommodating staff Good breakfast Clean Negative points: Bad iron and small ironing board Defective safe Not environmental friendly (there is no need for a...

This hotel is good for business travel with budget. It is not cheap but is close enough to office centers. It is kind of small for events but food was good. The room was nicely decorated and it was very clean. Most staff members have a true service culture. However it is too close to the highway and you hear...

Good service at the restaurant, especially breakfast and staff is friendly and helpful. However, rooms and ambients look old for a five stars hotel. Everything is expensive for what it is and compared to other hotels that are in the same area. They were going to charge me $10 dollars for a pair of slippers arguing I broke a seal...
