The employees were friendly but the hotel is old, old fashioned, the sheets and pillow smelt like a hundred times used by someone else. They put a weird plastic pillowcase... Hmm disgusting. The breakfast was poor. They said that the credit card device didn't work but we know they wanted cash. It could be a nice place with a little...

My husband and I stayed 4 nights at Casa Medellin, as tourists, although the hotel seems to cater mostly to business people or people attending family events. It's private house converted into a boutique hotel with a pool and a lovely garden, situated in a quiet, residential part of El Poblado. It's a bit far from the metro and, returning,...

While visiting friends in Medellin, I stayed at Casa Malibu. The room was well appointed, clean, and quiet. The breakfast was simple, but good. The staff was superb. They were ready to help me anyway possible.

Although this property is really right off a vey well known and travelled road the taxi drivers look puzzled when giving them the address. Perhaps if I were a local or spoke fluent spanish I could have given them a little help but honestly too many taxi drivers did not have an incling on how to get me here. I...

This is a very nice small hotel in a great residential area about a 5 minute walk to the center of the financial and commercial area of Medellin where everything is located. (Note: It is 5 minutes going to the commercial area but coming back it is about a 10 minute walk because the hill is STEEP!) The street is...

I very much enjoyed my stay at La Casa Medellin. It is a very large house that has been converted into a hotel. It is a very interesting alternative to the larger hotels in Medellin. I have family in Medellin so I know the area very well and I visit several times a year. Although there are many nice hotels...

very well located in a quiet area in Poblado. Ten minutes from the huge Santa Fe commercial centre with its excellent Crepes and Waffles restaurant (among many others). Fifteen minutes downhill takes you to the excellent Metro (Aquacatala stop), about 20 minutes uphill on return. Spanish is needed as no one spoke English. The rooms are clean with effective air-conditioning...

First time to Medellin hotel is very close to malls and downtown. Easy to walk or get a taxi to where you want to go. Staff speaks very little English . Breakfast to order is included. Nice weber gas grill for guest to use By the pool area. Things in walking distance are Hard Rock Cafe , super Market, malls,...

We ordered a room with jacuzzi but at our arrival this was strangely not available. Instead, we got a much smaller room with a SAD view (parking lot) and complementary cockroaches. The staff was ok and booking.com turned out to be responsible for the jacuzzi mix up, but still I would not recommend this place to anyone. Small pool, so...
